The staff was super nice, the facilities were very clean, and the location was also pretty great. Lots of chain restaurants nearby, but for some that's a plus. You could also walk to the movie theater and there was a convenient Target located just down the road. My room was spacious and comfy, and the cleaning staff did a really nice job organizing my things, a nice touch I thought. The gym was small but very clean, and it also included a Peloton bike which was a huge plus for me while staying.

If I'm being honest, I would rate this a 4/5 on Google Maps if I were writing a review there. Unfortunately the walls were very thin, and at times it sounded like the people next door were in my room/bathroom. I know hotel breakfast is in general, not very glamorous, but it was a little disappointing for me. In my 4 mornings, two of theme were the exact same for the hot meal options. Each day was some form of sausage, and there was no bacon. The omelets were good but only had those for one day. I wish there were more options and that they had rotated things more.

Breakfast was good, I would’ve liked to have a meat protein available. Bacon or sausage.

We stay here quite often. The hotel is clean, comfortable and the staff are all very nice. Not much road noise as the hotel is located somewhat off the beaten path.

Overall, a good hotel. Our only complaint (not associated with the hotel itself) are the loud guests yelling, slamming their doors, etc. and disrespecting all the other people staying there.

It was clean and updated. Always smelled good. The staff was so friendly, the breakfast was delicious every morning, there’s always coffee available. The rooms were clean and set up nicely.

Nothing it was awesome

Breakfast was fresh and great, the items constantly being renewed. Breakfast staff was great, asking if we had everything. Great variety for a hotel breakfast.

I got an extra charge for that night that looks like another room that no one in Hampton can explain. It was not made by the hotel and the Visa charge on my bill had the phone number of the property management company in Nashville, who disavowed any knowledge of the charge or ability to find it, or even charge customers. A day manager was also unable to find the charge for me. I have disputed the charge with the bank but Hampton has yet to respond to the disputed charge.

It was close to where our business event was and still had plenty of places to eat and shop. Awesome location.

Needs more outside chairs or benches

The rooms were nice, and our kids loved the pool.

The shower got cold very quickly. The hot tub wasn't warm, and the breakfast wasn't great.

this is our 2nd time to stay here. We came for the Trans-Siberian Orchestra concert, which was held at the Broadmoor right nextdoor to the Hampton Inn. Very convenient to walk to. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, a nice FREE breakfast. Location to restaurants and stores very close (several are just across the street) so you can walk if you want. All in all, no co9mplaints here. would stay here anytime.

No complaints

The staff was amazing!!! Ms. Carolyn was extremely friendly and kept the kitchen area super stocked and clean. I loved the constant coffee, tea and water in the lobby.

The room was great, the only thing I didn't like was that there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The bathroom steamed up really fast.
