I'm here every week for a few days for work. The staff is very cheerful and helpful. The bathrooms could use updating but are very clean. I work overnights for 12 hours, in a fairly physical job. I then come back to the hotel to mostly sleep before the next shift. I stay in a different room every week, and every bed is so comfortable! That's mostly what I need from a hotel, friendly staff, clean room, clean bathroom and comfy bed. I'm 100% satisfied.

The bathrooms could use updating but are exceptionally clean. While the parking lot was recently repaved, it wasn't the best job. It's already getting cracks and little potholes. Yet, it is still so much better than when I stayed a month ago. Toilets and showers are a bit slow flushing and draining but not horribly so.

I had a 6 am flight - reason for choosing this location - and was informed on checkin that shuttle did not begin until 8 am. Fortunately, she booked a taxi for me with ZTrip and it worked well.

The room I was in had sheers and no real curtains - I was on the second floor. I was mostly concerned with outside light which didn’t seem to be a problem. The room was stuffy and the unit had the bed so close that the airflow was restricted. The bathroom had no ventilation. Not a deal breaker but I’d reconsider next time I need a room by the airport.

The room was clean and very comfortable, slept great. Nice view of Pikes Peak from the room.

We kept missing out on the cookies in the lobby. Don't bother with the restaurant, poor waitress we think was by herself. Saw families come in and then get up, food was decent but totally messed our order up. Do yourself a favor and have breakfast at Sandy's Cafe.

We got in especially late: 2am. The manager was covering the front desk and was friendly and accomodating.

Not this visit, but a previous visit: we arrived at a normal daytime to check in. The room was booked via Booking.com, and when we arrived, we were told that the room was not available - that there was an error made by Booking.com, and that there was nothing that could be done, and no other rooms available. Went across the lot to the Express, and they were very accommodating.

Restaurant - Staff was great, but the service was lacking due to potential short staff. We watched several parties walk in, and walk out. Food also seemed to take longer than anticipated due to the same reason. Again, staff were professional and very kind. Thank you!

The guy at night had messed up I wasn't even in the system so I got called down and had to talk to some guy and girl and they did everything they could so we could stay like our reservation said. Even in a bad situation they were very professional and super friendly.

The pool was freezing. Like an ice bath.

Rooms are large and clean, breakfast is tasty and sufficient, very friendly contact at front desk and also in restaurant. Location for me perfect, will definitively go there again.

The shuttle is only available during the week which leaves folks to figure out an alternative way to get to and from the airport. We spent $40 to get back to the airport on Sunday. It is false advertising to say there is a shuttle if it is only available part of the time. The restaurant was hugely understaffed and did not have all menu items which was disappointing.

We ate a dinner and a breakfast at the hotel.. both were very good..

We both had trouble connecting to the wifi.. My husband went to the desk for help, I finally gave up after several attempts
