I really like the breakfast. The room was nice

Breakfast was ok. Would have liked option of hard boiled eggs versus the scrambled eggs. They did not taste very good. Also would have liked oatmeal available as a choice.

No ice bucket in the room. A complimentary water bottle in the room would have been nice to have available when entering the room. Shower head was small with low water pressure. A quick shower was not easy due to water flow.

The bed was comfy and it was a smooth check in process. No one came to the room at 8 asking to clean the room because the sign wasn’t up.

My bathroom counters had some type of goo on it. My mattress pad and sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed. The light took a few minutes to even turn on and then flickered the entire time they were on. The bathroom pipes also smelled like they hadn’t been used in some time.

Breakfast was very good. Several choices. Area was nice. Really quiet even though it is very close to interstate. Pretty easy to get around

A couple small things. Nothing to major. Would have liked to have filtered water with the ice machine. Some cracked tiles needed replaced. Paint peeling off the ceiling above the shower

Next morning the morning crew was amazing! Our car battery died from a (13hour) trip and an employee taking out trash was happy to help us! He was very polite and we greatly appreciated his time. The morning front desk lady also offered to help!

When we arrived the arrival staff was a bit unfriendly and looked annoyed.

Breakfast had a good selection for the limited variety and the room was nice and clean when we walked in, no problems with having to find clean sheets, although the tv remote was broken when we got in.

I do wish that the electronics were looked over before a new guest would come in since the tv remote wasn’t working when we came in. We also tried to install our personal gaming device and it wasn’t connecting to the tv.

House keeping was absolutely amazing. I love how the staff works together. Some of the employees do not speak English and I got to use my translation on my phone for the first time ( please do don't make them feel like it's a inconvenience) if you have a cell phone,use the translation app. The woman at the front desk was absolutely amazing! Very accommodating. Jerry is my favorite! We moved here on a plane straight from NY with our son. This is our first taste of this state and this hotel made us feel so welcome. The staff works extremely hard for breakfast. I have been up every morning and they work so hard at replacing everything so quick. Alot goes unnoticed because there is so much traffic and new people. I just want to say how proud I am of this establishment. A hot tub, a pool ( my 4 year old can actually touch the bottom) a gym and a washer and dryer ( saved our life) for people staying for a few Days at a time? This is the place you want to be. If you need something replaced just call the front desk. They stay on top of everything! Not to mention pet friendly,we were able to move with our pet. I also did up our room for my husband's birthday ( we moved because he reports to fort Carson) we were here for a week and I made it feel like home!

That they ran out of pool towels ( because I accidentally kept taking them to my room) 🤣

The bed was comfortable and the room was large.

We asked for a quiet room so they put us in the front where the restaurant was just below in the atrium so you could hear everything as the noise echoed up in the atrium space. We could also hear people talking loudly late at night at the front desk which was also directly below us. The bathroom door would not close or stay open so you would have to use a towel to prop it open. Needs rehab or a new door. The elevator is in the back of the hotel so you must drive to the back to be close to the elevator and then must walk to the front to find the luggage cart. The set up of the hotel is strange.

Very comfortable very clean and the absolute best free breakfast we have ever eaten. The cooks or kitchen aides need recognized and a big thank you from us. Loved the bed and TV.

We didnt have any complaints, everything seemed perfect for price. We didn't feel too comfortable when the homeless was sitting in tge parking lot. Then watched them carry their things in the same door we were going in and out of. We came in one night at almost midnight and the outside doors were still unlocked. We value saftey. I really thought we were gonna get a better view since we stayed 4 nights and 5 days. It was our first trip to Colorado.

The beds were comfortable. The shower was warm. It was very quiet. The view we had was great.

The jets on the hot tub were not bubbling enough. The road around the hotel had pot holes and was very bumpy.
