I loved our stay at this property. The price is affordable. The rooms are good size. I'm in a wheelchair and the bathroom was accessible and had the bars set correctly and the toilet was a high toilet which made it easier getting on and off it. The bed was comfortable. The owners were polite and accommodating. It's very close to Chapel Hill Mall, Walmart, Goodwill and just a little farther are Ross, Burlington, and Arc. There are so many restaurants as well, ranging from Saltgrass steakhouse to Wendy's. Try it out, you won't be disappointed.

You can't reach the hotel from the main road. They had a pool but it wasn't open yet.

Clean. Convenient. Has an elevator. Friendliest staff ever. Very flexible with checkout times. Easy check in. No hassle. Comfortable bedding. The heater works right away without having to figure out anything. I’ll def be back for a longer stay. This property is central to my medical needs and my grocer needs. One stop shop! I had to say No to the McDonald fries next door while look out at the beautiful views of the snowy peak mountains! Love!

The place is quiet and comfortable, making it a great stay. The owner kindly accommodated my last-minute request, upgrading my room to a suite when I arrived earlier than expected. They also gave me helpful recommendations on what to see and do in Colorado Springs. I highly recommend this place to everyone. The location is fantastic, with easy access to all the major attractions nearby. In addition great breakfast options .

The rooms were spacious and the beds were clean. The owners were very kind and sweet to talk too.

I don’t see it as a dislike personally, I didn’t mind it, but for others I’m pretty sure a limited breakfast is an issue for some reason. It was enough for my daughter and I and we were good to go. The only real downside to me was the ice machine was on the lobby floor.

Staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and the fact that I was able to park my car right in front of the Inn under a bunch of lights and video cameras made me feel very secure about my vehicle.

No iron in the room no lotion when I asked the front desk for iron. The lady said she would have to see if they have one and she will bring it to me. She never came. The other lady said they didn’t have one, however when I went to my room. The store is closed was open in the hallway and I saw two irons just sitting inside the storage closet, but they never did bring them to me.

The front desk girl that checked us in was really great and the decorations there were nice and the beds comfy. Big improvement from what it used to be.

But the owner was rude and disrespectful tried to charge me extra for a bed sheet that had a pen mark screamed at me that I needed to buy the bed spread u was unaware that I need to purchase bedding after I stay at hotels and I was unaware that I was required to have that amount of money available just in case. Not only did he take my deposit but tired to charge me extra for the bedding without my permission he billed my card. I swear these people at these hotels see my dogs and just automatically assume they are destroying things and charge me extra or kick me out. Below I added some pictures of the bedding I see no stains the owner was just making an excuse to bill me more money. It's discrimination against people that own dogs as support animals.i will not go back there that's for sure.

Getting sick from the room being dirty. They didn't clean at all. Heater full of dust and dirt I had to clean and got a sinus infection from hell.
