Office staff was great, especially being short handed. We're always friendly and had a smile!

Not once, in a week, was our room cleaned. We had to empty our garbage and trade towels in. Just running a vacuum once and maybe a quick wipe down of the bathroom would've been nice. Also, I like a firm mattress, but that was a little much.

The king size bed felt like it was a Tempur Pediatic mattress. Slept wonderful.

There is a little nails showing in the threshold. Husband got his feet hurt on them. Had to cover the entrance to the bathroom with towels so not to hurt our feet anymore. Power outlets needs to be all checked. Half of each work.

We liked the size of the room, large for 2 queens compared to other hotels of similar category. Room and bathroom seemed recently upgraded with new fixtures. Plenty of counter space to spread out items such as computers , phones, cameras, etc. Plenty of electrical outlet for charging and running computers. Had two sinks, one in with toilet and one outside of bathroom. Had new shower but no bathtub. WiFi was a little slow, but usable. Continental breakfast was ok - muffins, cereal, juice, toast. Short walking distance to grocery store. A couple of blocks to walk to watch train pass by, morning and evening.

Parking got a little tight when everyone came back for the evening.

The room was clean and comfortable. There were many nice people that worked there and they tried to make our stay more enjoyable, which would have been hard to do. We were shown the fitness room, sauna and hot tub. it was all very clean and made for great comfort.

My only complaint was there was no swimming pool there. I hesitate to even mention it because it may be easier not to have one in the cold area. That was my only complaint and it wasn't really a complaint, just pointing out there was no pool.

Dustin the night guy was fabulous. helped me with the heater, was super kind, and offered to leave the spa open until 11 when I asked about hours. :) Linda was friendly and personable upon check out

adjoining door in 204 would not lock so they immediately moved me to a new room with no adjoining door so that was extra nice. :)

The bed was comfortable, the room, was large, and although I did not like the location originally, I DID find a Rec Center nearby, a park nearby and river walk nearby. The staff should tell us what is there.

The workout room was awful. NO tv, small room, no fan, but I DID find the nearby Rec Center to work out. We were not told our rooms would not be cleaned...just let us know.. The breakfast needs more,

We liked the convenient location, plenty of parking, quick check-in process (less than 2 minutes), the heating unit was adjustable with warmth during our winter stay. 2 extra warm blankets if needed. 2 luggage racks in room, fridge, microwave & coffee maker. TV was available with plenty of channels. USB and electrical ports available bedside. Breakfast available & met our needs (quick & easy fixing). Will definitely stay again. We enjoyed our experience! Thank you Days Inn by Wyndham Durango owners & staff.

A dirty cleaning rag was left in the room but we put it aside. No cups for coffee. I called the front desk & they explained the cups were ordered and on their way.

There was a complementary breakfast--not fancy but adequate. Was comfortable.

The toilet had not been cleaned, so the desk attendant had to come clean it. Probably a human oversight, but the attendant quickly came and cleaned it and apologized.

It was a nice quite area. The bed was comfy. We only stayed one night since we planned a road trip through Colorado. There was so much to do in that area I was would have spent more time in Durango.

That we didn't have more time to spend in Durango. There wasn't really anything we didn't like. Next time we go through we will decently plan on more time here and staying at Days Inn next time.

The king size bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

1. Had to eliminate two bugs the first night. 2. The toilet tank kept refilling constantly—likely a leaky flapper valve. 3. Shower curtain rod wall mounts were broken causing the curtain to gather towards the middle exposing both ends to shower spray. 4. The main door would not close completely on its own—possibly too much paint or needs adjustment. Overall the room was really dated.
