Multiple entries to the building were convenient. The pool and jacuzzi were nice, clean and a nice basketball court too. The breakfast eating setup was nice too. The 2 ladies and young gentleman running the breakfast should get a raise.

However, the eating area was too quiet: no music at all feeling lifeless. (In comparison to Hyatt Place or Hilton Garden Inn breakfast areas which have life). The brown, brown, brown paint of both the eating area and lobby felt lifeless too: it desperately needed big living colorful flowers like Mainstreet Durango! Lastly our room #212 refrigerator was super loud and the kitchen smelled like an old meal when we walked in, but the smell went away after we turned on the AC.

Awesome breakfast with variety of fresh fruits and every day different options. The rooms were very clean and comfortable for our stay. Staff were friendly and common facilities such as pools? Laundry and lounge were great

The only defect was the quality of the orange juice which seems those poor brands. Other than that, everything was great!

Can’t overemphasize how absolutely exceptional the staff is! The staff was incredibly accommodating, kind, and helpful. The entire facility was well kept and still looks and feels brand new. The rooms were spacious, well thought out and very clean. Breakfast was great, they changed up the protein (meat) options every morning.

We wish y'all would go back to the Monday-Thursday reception social, it was one of the main reasons we re-booked. However, doing it on just Wednesday was awesome, plus the drink selections were on point and the chili was delicious. Breakfast was delicious! It would be nice if there were more fruit selection and hard boiled eggs.

The location was great and my family all enjoyed the breakfast - wonderful options and very helpful staff. We felt safe and slept well.

We had asked to be near our friends when we booked over 2 months ahead and received a response the same day, saying, "We're happy to let you know that the property has confirmed they can arrange this for you. There will be no extra charge for this request." However, at check in, they said we wouldn't not be near each other (we weren't even on the same floor). Also, when we got to our room, neither key worked, and my husband went to wait in the line again to get the keys fixed. When he came back, one of the keys worked, but we had to go back a 3rd time to get the second key to work. It wasn't he end of the world, but it was a little frustrating.

The staff is amazing at this location. Clean rooms and plenty for children to do with the pool and basketball court. Close to great restaurants just across the way and a decent health foods market. Fishing spot 15 minutes away and kids caught 45 just off the dock.

Bed wasn’t the most comfortable but overall fine enough.

This hotel far exceeds the lodging places that are closer to town, some of which are dated and somewhat seedy. The breakfast was much better than the typical free hotel breakfast. We felt no need to look elsewhere.

This is a good location if you have a car but note that it's not walking distance to historic downtown.

The staff are accommodating, especially the one who checked us in. There are 3 of us, booked different rooms and we requested if it's possible that our rooms be on the same floor and he made it possible. The room and the entire facility are clean.

We enjoyed a one bedroom suite this visit and a good breakfast. Location was good and we walked 2 blocks to nearby brewpub. Property was quiet and mostly adults on our floor so that was great.

It was more expensive than our usual king room but you get what you pay for

Staff was great! Breakfast was nice and we got to use both the gym and the pool during our week long stay. We've stayed in a lot of apartment style hotelrooms and this one was the best one so far. Some people have seemed to complain about the beds being hard in reviews but ours was great and during our stay they seemed to be switching a lot of mattresses if not all to the other rooms.

internet connection could be better, I was on vacation so it did't bother me but I work remotely and if I would have had to work the wifi would not been efficient enough for that purpose

Very clean, comfortable suite. The bed was very, very comfortable. Having a large refrigerator in the kitchenette was super convenient and helpful. The breakfast buffet every morning of our stay was outstanding. They served something new/different each morning, and the employees were very courteous, friendly and helpful.
