Location was very good for me and my plans. Was easy to find for most part not being use to using the roundabouts. The locations had access to a variety of restaurants both in walking distance and driving. The mountain views were great. The staff was friendly, efficient, professional and very helpful when a problem occurred with my door key card problem.

The key card problem was a slight irritation since I was on the second floor. It let me in but would not lock when I was leaving. Then the reverse happened the next day. I let the staff know and they helped fix the problem immediately. Otherwise, all was as I expected.

This was my second or third time staying here. I often grab a room in Fruita with my dog so we can hike in Devil's Canyon on our way to Moab. Check in is easy, the staff is friendly, there is plenty of space around the property for the pup to sniff and potty, and there are food and coffee options within walking distance. It's only a short drive across the highway to downtown. In general, it's a good option for an overnight in Fruita.

Very nice pet-friendly room with microwave and refrigerator and comfortable bed. I was given a room near the outside door which made it convenient with pets. Good location, with lots of restaurants and near the hiking trails.

My only complaint would be they could be more up-front with their pet charge. I was quoted one total price for a pet friendly room but when I got there found out it was $20/nite extra per pet. Should have stated this in the beginning. I also wish they had rooms with only one queen bed instead of two.

Easy access to the highway, but quiet. Restaurants nearby. Good choice for an overnight stop.

Initial invoice did not correspond to booking quote and included an unexplained extra charge. But the staff credited my account when I contacted them online. Like so many hotels, too many pillows in the room and limited surface area to stow them besides the floor! Travelers need more surface areas, hangers, and towel racks to store things.

Staff was incredibly friendly. The beds were comfy enough - nothing amazing but definitely a nice sleep. I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the entire place. You can tell the staff cares a lot about that. We stopped here on a whim on a road trip and booked at the last minute. For the price you will definitely not find anything better and I’m positive that the friendliness of the staff, comfort of the rooms, and cleanliness of the place beat out places twice as expensive. It’s not a 5 star hotel (you can tell the building is old!) but we definitely enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was included but I have celiac and literally everything on offer with the exception of some yogurt was full of gluten (muffins, waffles, cereal). There was some oatmeal but that is sometimes contaminated so it’s a risk. Some sausage or eggs would have been appreciated but you take what you get for the price! I’m sure for most people the breakfast was just fine.

Good location a 2 minute drive from downtown Fruita with multiple restaurants walking distance away. Beds were comfortable with soft pillows. Room was quiet and clean. Well lit parking. Staff were friendly

The only very minor issue we noted was that the linoleum floor in the bathroom was very slippery (recently waxed? Not sure). We had no complaints.

Receiving manager was warm and accommodating extending our stay at an acceptable rate. Very clean and well managed. It's an older building with typical wear and tear, I thought maintenance/upkeep was well done managed.

Went to hot tub for morning dip during posted open hours but the tub was closed for maintenance. Very disappointing.

I've stayed in a lot of Super8's around the country, and this was better than most. Solid waffle-maker breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff, even an indoor pool. We weren't biking on this trip but they had a bike repair station and were very bike-friendly.

The hot tub was out of order.

I just needed a quick place to stop for the night while passing through town, and this did the trick! It's definitely an older location and could use some updates in terms of furniture and outlets, but it was clean and quiet and the lady at the front desk was so nice and welcoming. Breakfast is just the basics (coffee, toast, eggs, make your own waffles, etc), but you're also right next to a whole cluster of fast food places. And as a bonus, the Fuita dinosaur museum is right across the street!

The hotel could really use an update, and I'd say go for hardwood or laminate floors if you're going to be pet friendly, but I'd still stay here again. Maybe a few more fruit options with breakfast and put a little less salt in the eggs too.

Good variety for a small breakfast bar, kid and adult friendly options!

There was nothing I didn't like; I was extremely impressed by the services and quality for the money spent. Awesome value. Staff was friendly and accommodating, and we thoroughly enjoyed the amenities.
