I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. I'd never stayed at a Quality Inn before. My room was clean, airy, quiet and comfortable. The hot breakfast ordered plenty of food options and was kept tidy.

Duvet. I wish American motels/hotels would stop providing duvets. Either one is too hot or one is too cold. Europeans may be use to sweating or freezing in bed, but Americans are not. Please go back to sheets and blankets. It is easier to regulate the warmth. Fat pillows. Frequently lumpy, fat, 5"-6" thick pillows may look good propped up on a made bed, but they are murder on one's back and neck. At least provide thinner, unlumpy pillow options.

Each staff member was VERY nice, especially the lady who makes the breakfast. You get the feeling that maybe they know how to retain staff. Also, our room was CLEAN, no normal inch of dust around the corners. Pillow and bed very comfy, heater worked great, very quiet. When they say breakfast, they mean breakfast, not a few day-old pastries and some green bananas. There were eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, biscuits and gravy, and much more, yogurt upon request. A very nice surprise because I'm gluten free and usually can't find anything to eat at the free hotel breakfasts.

The bathroom fan in our room (330) sounded like an airplane taking off. Treadmill in workout room was squeaky, as was the vintage elevator, but nothing some earbuds couldn't solve. I also wish the coffee was stronger, but that's a personal preference.

The staff was amazing. I unknowingly dropped my wallet in the parking lot. We had checked out and were well on our way down the road when I received a call letting me know I had left it. Naturally, this was unsettling news, but they said they would put it away in their safe and keep it for me until I returned a few days later. We did go back a few days later and were able to get my wallet from the front desk. I was so grateful to these wonderful people for their honesty and how they took care of me even in this way too. Our room was so nice and the breakfast was great too. I am so pleased with the value we received from this hotel and at this location. We so appreciate everything about our experience and from the good people at this location. :)

Lots of restaurants close by. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good but they should put the hours on the gate/doors so people won't give the dining room person a bad time when they stroll in at 8:55 and there is no food left. Having two dining room attendants on duty would help too.

Having two dining room attendants on duty would help too. Having just one is not enough as the plates were piling up, the plates ran out, the milk ran out and there was no juice at breakfast. The attendant was running around like a chicken without a head trying to please everyone.

Hotel was about 20 minutes from the Colorado National Monument so it was easy to get to after a long day of traveling. Room was very clean, big & quiet. I prefer hard flooring to carpet but the carpet seemed to be clean. Didn't notice any stains etc...Staff was very helpful & again I got a great recommendation for dinner. It was the best meal on my entire trip. I don't get to Grand Junction often but this will be the place I stay every time. Didn't stick around for breakfast so I have no idea what it was like.

The staff were awesome and helpful. The cleanliness of the room was very good. The bathroom was really small and if someone took a shower in the other room you had no pressure to take one. However, good over all and worth the money.

Neighborhood was drug infested and had a scary incident at the Dennys near by. Don’t recommend taking children out past sunset unless in that area. No issues with the vehicle being messed with in the hotel parking lot.

The. staff were all very helpful and friendly. We had to ask for extra tissue due to a family member cold and they brought tissue to the room within 2-3 minutes. The hot breakfast was good and there were good choices of food both hot and cold food. We were put into a handicap available room so the bathroom was larger and there were nice grab bars for safety.

The facilities were somewhat dated like the elevator was obviously older and dinged wood in the elevator. The cooler/heater made strong noise on regular cycles and it was harder to hear the TV or phone when it was on that cycle. The bathtub and tile were a bit dated and had some stains on them.

It was a nice stay for the night. We were on a road trip and needed to rest before continuing on. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and place was clean. Nice size rooms for the price. Even had a mini frig and freezer with microwave. Wi-fi was available. Great place for a stop over or even a few nights. I would stay here again on another road trip. Lady also gave us granola bars and cookies at check in. That was nice!

No complaints. A continental breakfast would be nice since we were on a road trip, but there were restaurants near by, so the stay was still pleasant. No complaints!

This was the best hotel we stayed at in our 8 day trip around the country location was great, food places within walking distance, room was great, and very quiet. Breakfast was one of the best and the breakfast room was clean and inviting, food was hot and fresh and plentiful . Folio was placed under our door early in the morning. Employee s were all pleasant and professional.

The breakfast was predictable. Good coffee + 2% or whole milk or creamers, dry scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage, pancakes, biscuits, & gravy. Cold cereal, instant oatmeal + microwave, fresh whole oranges & apples, juice from dispenser orange or apple... Overall nice facility. Pool was lovely & clean.

Facility was a bit dated, but staff made up for it with cleanliness and efficiency.
