I liked that this property was very family friendly and family oriented and had lots to do just on the property.

I didn’t like that our room had small Maitnance issues and that we were unable to control the temperature of our own room. I also didn’t like that despite being a family friendly place there was a constant plague of smoke coming into our room and car from both cigarettes and pot which was concerning because my kids have heavy asthma and allergies and my husband is just out of Stem cell cancer treatment

We love this property and almost always plan our stays here! The property is beautiful, and nicely maintained. There are beautiful hanging flower pots and flower pots on the railings in front of the rooms! There are many amenities…pool, large covered hot tub, bicycles and e-bikes to rent, paddle tennis, lovely fire pits to gather in the evenings. We had a room with three beds, so very roomy! The property is walking distance to the Hot Springs pool and over the bridge to the downtown area restaurants and shops!

I like everything about this property!

I really appreciated the outdoor spaces on the property. Having a playground, fire pits and hot tub available added a lot to our stay. We would love to return in the warmer months when the outdoor pool is open. Also-this is the only hotel I’ve stayed at in YEARS that had good coffee at breakfast. Thank you—as a tired mom this little detail means A LOT, ha.

It would be nice to have some better quality fresh fruit available for breakfast. The only options were whole apples & oranges (oranges were dried out and rock hard). Not accessible or edible for my 4 year old.

The staff were phenomenal! Very friendly, very helpful. Especially Jenn who checked us in. She was cheerful and helped us when we needed to print out a document, very personable. Breakfast

Cleanliness. Initially when getting into the room it was spacious and the beds looked nice. But as we stayed, there was a sticky cup ring on the bedside table, all six towels in the bathroom were damp (seems like they were folded before being completely dry), most of the towels had stains. There was also hair in the bathroom by the tub faucet.

Bed was good, breakfast was good, pool area great. You could tell employees cared about the customers and had pride in their facility. Nice property with several surprise places to hang out (tables outside rooms, pool, covered hot tub, camp fire rings, lobby). A little off the beaten track but so convenient to the surrounding tourist stops.

The rooms could use a decorative update. This was the reason for the value deduction. The theme of the place was excellent; it might be time to update the interior room decor that goes with the theme. (wallpaper/curtains/lighting). I love this series of Great Westerns and hope they keep them going. So nice how they are complementary and reflect the surrounding environment. (this is the longest review I have ever done!!)

the location is so perfect! you can see the mountains and the gondolas. the location is perfectly centered making it easy to walk to hot springs, food and shops. everywhere is really clean! the breakfast was always fresh and hot! they have so many choices for breakfast such waffle station with toppings, parfait stations, hot food station (eggs, sausage, bacon, fried potatoes) with toppings (green Chile and shredded cheddar), cereal station and then two coffee/tea stations. they also had fresh fruit and muffins! every night at 7p they lit the fire pits all over the property. the pool, hot tub and kiddie pool always stayed clean and well maintained. the staff is super friendly! our room stayed clean and any time we needed towels we were able to get them. overall I’d go back here a thousand times!

I hated we had to leave! I cannot think of a negative thing!

Breakfast was good although a variety of bread like english muffin would of been nice, and bacon could have been crispier. Room was spacious, extra blanket would of been a treat for the cool night. Didn't want to use heater since blower can be very noisey.

I could hear the people next to our room. Rooms needs more sound proofing so not to hear all what"s happening with your next door neighbor. I needed to pound on the wall to let them know I could hear them.

We stayed for 3 nights for a family trip. This property had breakfast every morning which my kids loved. Having pool and swing set right across from our room made traveling with 3 kids a breeze. There was also another playground at the main entrance of the property with a volleyball net and corn hole.

The fan in my room was super loud woke me up a couple times the first night but over all slept well in the beds. I turned it off the rest of the nights and cracked the window and it stayed pretty cool however we stayed early September

From the staff to the guests, everyone was extremely nice and friendly! The location was perfect with a 10 min walk to the town, and a shorter walk to the park close to the river! The grounds were beautiful and well kept. It was spacious with different activities. Since it was spread out, it didn't feel crowded; there were plenty of peaceful areas to sit and relax! The breakfast was was yummy with lots of options.

There's not a whole lot to complain about, but if I had to... The breakfast could last later, so the guests can sleep in and still enjoy breakfast. The stairs to the rooms upstairs seem a bit old and rickety. The air conditioner could be updated.

Breakfast time window was great for getting food before or after a morning hike. The staff was incredibly friendly. A quiet room and guests. Clean grounds. Close to iron mountain hot springs, whitewater rafting llc, town for eating and shopping and Qdoba for a quick hearty bite. Easy access I-70 for farther out excursions and target 🎯. Like the window in the bathroom, and having a fridge and microwave.

Need to update the pillows and pillowcases. They are a bit rundown, same with the bath towels.
