Comfortable 2Q room for a family of 4. The pool and the gym were in pretty good shape. Loved the options for hanging out outside in the firepit area or inside at the bar or inside near the fireplace. A lot of nearby options for food, shopping, etc. Just off I-25, convenient to get to Denver, RMNP, and everywhere in between.

We didn't ever have breakfast at the hotel because it was a little pricey at $20pp. The restaurant had inconvenient hours for dining in the evening. But we did have some appetizers served at the bar and those were pretty good.

The rooms were clean and the room we had was quiet. It was a great choice

I had an incident with the key card. I tried to get into my room and the key card did not work I talked to the helpdesk she said that the keys deactivated when it is by our phones that could have been prevented if this was disclosure to me prior it was very frustrating. I honestly don't understand why the key cards didn't work for us to ger into our room that night.

Hot tub

No continental breakfast. Not knowing the point system. The pool was freezing, I complained and a man at the desk said I was the only one complaining. I said if course cause I couldn't get in.

I like that the swimming pool is open late, and check out it's not until noon. The breakfast is very tasty

I didn't like the fact that the patio was not up to the normal standards all three of the waterfalls were broken and shut off and all of the outdoor fireplaces were not working. And none of the pretty lights were lit up anywhere on the patio I was kind of bummed out about the patio. I really enjoy spending time outside and conversating sitting in front of the fire.

We had dinner in the dining room, and it was excellent. We got there right before it closed and they were still happy to serve us. That was wonderful.

Bathroom wasn't great but they are in the middle of remodeling them also.

The tub could have been cleaned better and when went into the courtyard the fire pits weren't on..not sure if they go off certain times of the evening but would have been nice to enjoy

The staff and the quality of the rooms of this facility are always above expectations!

It’s by a busy interstate, but the insulation in the rooms makes it nearly soundproof

I didn’t like the pillows because they were to soft, I like ones that are more firmer. the tv channel list had ‘no information’ so didn’t know what I was watching until on that channel.

Beautiful hotel inside and out Loved the fire pit and court yard Room was nice and clean bed firm pillows great. Hotel was fairly quiet

We didn't get breakfast or our cookies at first but was given cookies at checkout Was charged $60 more than guarantee room charge One front desk clerk was kind of rude Another was new and didn't know a thing about what she was doing had no business ALONE at the counter. Pool was to frigid Husband couldn't enjoy pool or hot tub because hot was way to hot. Smelled like rotten eggs on way to our room No microwave n room Room floor had some stains on it.
