Location is great, right off the highway. Housekeeping staff is lovely and very thorough.

We paid for a king superior room and they wanted to put us in a double room. Staff then stated that they did not have a room available like we paid for. Had to call manager.

Everyone is really friendly and kind. Easy check in and check out. I felt very safe and comfortable. James is one of the staffs and he makes sure everything is clean and neat. My husband and I were very impressed. We would definitely stay here when we visit Milford next time. Thank you!

I like everything about this property. Everyone is really nice and kind. The location is just perfect. It’s near everything. It’s not a fancy property but somehow I felt like home. I would like to thank everyone at the property from housekeeping to management.

Front desk guy pretty rude always with bad attitude never willing to do something I asked , and always complaining for everything, I don’t know his name but the rest of guys pretty good persons just this only one

I had just left the Motel 6 which I always believed was a better hotel than the Ref roof. My accommodation leaving one to go to another was blown away. Much much cleaner, and no smell of cigarettes was a major plus for me. Truthfully, I was surprised!!!

It was clean and comfortable. I just spent one night, but I would stay there again, probably next year. It was definitely convenient as far as getting off and on the interstate highway. also had an elevator for the upper floors.

For a non smoking facility there, there were a few people who just stepped outside their rooms smoking on the walkways. Not a deal breaker though. People will do what they want.

We arrived around 6pm and were checked in right away. The room was spotless and the temperature was just right. We asked where the nearest store was and were directed to a place that was a 10 minute walk away. We ordered sushi from Fuji Restaurant which was DELICIOUS! I would truly recommend staying here. It was affordable, close to everything and the staff was really friendly (Hi Helen!).

No lamp at the desk, and room could have more lighting… Otherwise… everything was great..

I liked the size of the room, the bathroom was ok. I like the fact that i had internet access. Had to get some work done.

The bed was very uncomfortable especially in the middle. The water pressure could be better.

It's a motel, so the facilities were basic, but I was impressed by how clean the room was - the carpet, bed linens, towels, furniture, and bathroom were all spotless. The bathroom was immaculate and actually better maintained than many more expensive hotels I've stayed at. So, overall it was a very comfortable experience for a night.

Aesthetically the room was a little dated, and the amenities were limited (only soap and shampoo, no lotion; I don't recall if there were cups or not), and no USB outlets (though the front desk helpfully had an adapter to borrow).
