The staff is friendly and aim to make your stay enjoyable. The hot breakfast was very enjoyable and there were quite a few options to select from. Great coffee too. Upon our arrival, we were happy to see a clean, spacious room and a comfortable bed.

I would have liked to give the hotel an exceptional rating. However, my husband and I found it odd that the cleaning staff left us no clean towels or toilet paper after “cleaning” our room. We had showered in the morning and a few wet towels were left behind. A member of the front staff was kind enough to bring us fresh towels & toilet paper that evening.

Location- almost next to Old Mystic Village shopping area, as well as lots of restaurants and grocery shops. Room was large, sofa area and kitchenette was welcomed - micro and fridge. The check out team was fab - very efficient and solved a check in issue, which I appreciated. The hotel also had good facilities- free coffee in reception, bar/food, a drinks hour and generally facilities were good. The staff were really helpful with local information too - map of the area explained etc. I'd definitely recommend the hotel - overall it was a good stay.

At check in, they got me confused with someone else which then meant I got their name on a check out email sent to me, and assumingly vice versa. Although flagged at check in that it was incorrect, this was not corrected until check out when I flagged my concern again. The receptionist on check out was extremely efficient and sorted it out, which I greatly appreciated, but more care needs to be taken with check in procedures involving guest names. Thank you to the lady who sorted it out, she was reassuring and very professional. :-)

This property is exceptionally clean! Smells nice. Well taken care of. Great room. Lots of space. Loved the sofa. Fridge and microwave in room too! Helpful friendly employees. Super clean outdoor heated pool that I enjoyed. Good breakfast. Great bathroom lighting. I liked the soap/shampoo and conditioner dispenser. I want to find one of those for my own bathroom. Very comfortable stay!

Water took a couple of minutes to get hot, but really no big deal. Only 45 TV channels which is probably not a lot these days, but once again that's just me being picky. It was fine. Had one small issue with the tub stopper not working properly to keep the bathtub filled. The front desk person replaced the stopper within 10 minutes. All fixed in record time!

Hotel was clean and well appointed. The staff were like old friends. Exceptionally pleasant helpful and fun to talk to. Grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained. Lovely sitting area outside to enjoy. Breakfast was very good. Something for everyone. We had cocktails at the bar in the evening. Even if we hadn't taken advantage of the local attractions, we would have enjoyed our stay. The location was quite convenient to all we wished to do. The convenience of fridge microwave and wet bar area was great

Only one comment. There should be outlets and charging ports on both sides of the bed. Otherwise we wouldn't change a thing.

Very friendly & helpful staff - both at the desk & in the dining area— stellar (I wish I got the name of the gentleman who kindly reassured one of the kids after a waffle batter mishap— he was outstandingly kind!!!) Room very clean & updated Super convenient location for enjoying Mystic Seaport activities The couch was actually comfortable to sleep on (didn’t open the fold out) - I was happily surprised :)

Paid a bit more than I usually would to get the location- but the four teens (all 16) I traveled with all woke up with backaches — expected the beds to be more comfortable —

Love that the room had king bed and sofa . Large TV . Bed comfortable Close to Mystic village drive or walk , walking distance to Italian restaurant , close to Aquarium. Really nice supermarket near by to buy snacks Short drive into Mystic town , nice shops, restaurants and waterfront seating areas along the docks Close to winery’s Free parking at hotel

Did not like the bathroom If you are a large person I can see hav ing difficulty getting in Oversized door you need to open door all the way to get in Breakfast could be better They put out small amount of eggs bacon and potatoes and don’t refill quickly when empty

We loved that the location was close to the aquarium, seaport and the Olde Mistick Village. Loved that our family of six were placed on the first floor right near the pool entrance. The highlight of the breakfast was that there were two waffle makers. Places usually only have one and the line is always out the door. Also, was cute that they had a flying airplane game in the lobby. Made it unique to the experience.

We only stayed two days and one night. No negative comments.

The Staff at this Hotel should be commended and as it was their courteousness, hard-work, and attention to detail that elevated the overall stay. This was especially apparent during the morning breakfast, and adding here a special thanks to "Zuleyka" (Sp?) and both for her courteousness when checking us in...and seeing her care and concern for customers during the aforementioned breakfast. Beyond that...Hotel is extremely well located to a number of attractions and with easily two full days of activities directly within walking distance.

Rooms were clean and comfortable but could use some brighter colors.

Perfect location, great staff, great breakfast buffet. Love the way they designed the room with a bed area and living room area with a great couch, desk and a coffee bar with sink and mini fridge. Nice carpeting and open floor space. Within walking distance of restaurants, mistick village, and the aquarium. Ample, easy parking and short drive to everything in Mystic. Dog friendly and well maintained grassy area. Pool was also nice, and open until 10pm! We will definitely be back.

It really was a 5 star experience. The only thing I wish they had was a laundry facility.

This place was so clean and the amenities were so convenient! The breakfast was amazing and the staff happily accommodated all of our needs and were super friendly and helpful. Location, absolutely perfectly centered where we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go! Definitely plan on using this hotel from now on!

My only suggestion would be to update the pool but was still something we fully enjoyed!
