The staff are amazing! They are helpful, take time to answer questions, help out with when I asked questions about my reservation. The room was sparse in furnishing but very clean! The security is intimidating but reading past reviews it seems the hotel has worked hard to respond to prior concerns/complaints about security. We did not have a coffee pot and there was no coffee/tea/hot water access in lobby. This would not have been a problem if it was clear in the room description that there is coffee, fridgidare or micro wave. I am for less in amenities when the room is clean, the establishment is a safe place to stay and staff is helpful and respectful. Good price for what is provided.

Did see on bug--not sure whether or not it was a cockroach--don't think so but so many reviews mentioned cockroaches that it set a sad expectation. The place is spotless!

The location And the room was nice and it was clean.

You ran out of towels. I only needed one big one. There was no regular coffee for the room.You had to go downstairs to get it from.

The room was clean, smelled good, staff was very helpful, it was very comfortable. And the TV kept my hubby happy because of the movies that were playing on tv

There was no breakfast, this was a lie!! There were also no toothbrushes, my teeth were so mossy. There was however, pee in the elevator

The pee in the elevator, and the floors were so oily. And the bed hurt my ribs. And I thought I might get murdered. They didn’t let us in unless we call the front desk, I’m guessing they’ve had problems with serial killers and prostitution in the past and/or currently.

N/A I am very grateful for the three free nights' stay. Recent renovations have made the stay more enjoyable - new wallpaper, bed, phone, and coffeemaker. New ceiling tiles. Wow! What a difference!

I don't like the additional $50 room charge required when checking in.

I woke up multiple times with the sound of an old alarm that it was in the room and I had to unplugged it and also, there was noise in the hall, people talking loud in very late hours and also outside, the windows have no sound isolation. The staff was very nice

The number 1 elevator and a scary bang to it about 2nd and 3rd floors(my room was in 4th floor)

The room was clean and freshly painted. I found brand new bed, mirror, ac/heater, wall outlets, door, and key machine for door. Complimentary tea and coffee.

$50 deposit.

Desk staff is very courteous and efficient. They are friendly whenever I ask for supplies for the room.

Sometimes in the a.m. hall is dirty near the trash receptacle, but they always clean it immediately.
