Everything!🤍 Elegance mixed with simplicity, vintage mixed with modern. Inside & out both incredible. The bathroom is just a literal miracle!😍 Those marble patterns are such a stylish idea! They have thought about every single detail, the jacuzzi is another level, all the accessories and cosmetics smell amazing! We loved it so much, We booked another night.

location is close to the beach and shopping areas

there was nothing we did not like. we love this place and have been coming back for several years.

We thought the room was excellent, with a lovely view of the lake. The hotel itself was very well kept and the staff friendly.

We did not use the breakfast facility, as it was VERY limited and there was no incentive for us to do so. We would have considered it id there was more choice. We did use the Lakehouse bar on the first evening, which was nice. However we felt the happy hour finished far too soon and we would have used it more if the drink priced were more favourable, and if we drank from proper glasses and not flimsy plastic.

An excellent location in the heart of Bonita Springs and lots within walking distance. There is an older gentleman who has been there for years with a big smile glasses and is very thorough and sweet to follow up on everything you could possibly need. He is a real gem.

The lobby and grounds are wonderful. The rooms need some work never enough plugs and an extension cord under the bed for our electronics. The bed itself was not very comfortable, and the quality of the pillows and linens did not help.

This is our favorite hotel on the west coast of Florida. We are Canadian so our stay cost almost 40% more but we are used to this. We love the area (Bonita Springs) because there are so many wonderful restaurants and good shopping and cultural activities. The weather was perfect for our stay, so we enjoyed the pool. The staff in the hotel are helpful and friendly. The rooms are large and the on-site cafe and bar is convenient and fun.

Hard to find any faults with the Trianon!

The room was comfortable and although we were in the 4 the floor the lifts were very efficient. The hotel is only about 15 mins from the beach and there are plenty of eating places around. The Italian nearby was excellent. We didn't get to try the food at the hotel due to the restaurant not being open the one night we stayed. The staff were friendly and the hotel is in a lovely location. We will def be back. Thank you

I loved attached restaurant but disappointed they don't serve a full breakfast such as eggs, pancakes, & waffles. Price during off-season was very good. Refrigerator in room was a pleasant surprise and pleased it was empty and NOT stocked with overpriced items. Keurig coffee machine was a plus. I would stay here again.

No full breakfast available. Daily maid & towel replacement service requires advanced notice, otherwise you don't get it.

the hotel is in a good location and was quiet but beside a small mall. it was very clean and well designed and gave off an air of luxury. whilst I had an awful view from my balcony ( already assigned to me before I arrived at the hotel). the balcony was of a good size, the bed was ultra comfortable and the bathroom was one of The nicest I have ever had in any hotel no matter the star rating

bins. there where none around for whatever reason. but just none available also like most hotels now they try and con you re into not having your bed made, towels changed and cleaned!!! this has nothing to do with climate change but everything to do with them saving money !!

Rooms and public areas in the Trianon are impressive.. spacious and elegant. Old prints and art on the walls, furniture, lamps and other appliances are also well chosen antiques or reproductions. Very comfortable bed. The hotel bar/restaurant next to the lake has a great atmosphere and good value food and drinks, drawing in a lively crowd from neighboring areas in addition to hotel guests. There is a small promenade next to the hotel with other good food options if you don't want to travel. Location good, 20-25 minutes to Naples and easy access to beaches.

Excellent location for dining, golf, shopping, sightseeing. Walk to terrific bars, restaurants and Italian deli. Lake House bar and grill was hidden treasure. Great (in house made)BBQ, pork, ribs, brisket, and sauces. Small pool was just right size.

We were given the option of daily maid service, but opted to skip towel service and trash removal. Would do it differently next time. Get a room on the south side away from parking lot, 41 and traffic noise.
