What a gem of a property ! We booked from reading the reviews and it didn’t disappoint. Modern, very clean updated property in the heart of everything and steps away from the beach, staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble (our flight was cancelled the morning we were due to fly home and the lovely lady on reception Went above and beyond to help us - greatly appreciated thank you !) Next time we book we will pay extra for a balcony (only a couple of rooms have this but there is plenty of room outside lots of modern tables and chairs and two very clean pools, the staff are constantly walking round touching up all the areas a lot of pride on the property. Also worth mentioning is that there aren’t lots of rooms so it’s not rowdy and overcrowded in the communal areas. A/C units new, effective and quiet & complimentary coffee 24/7 ! Cannot recommend this property enough.

Great location, friendly staff, clean room.

Dirty coverlet blanket (looked like poop on it) Rain shower felt like knives coming down on my head. Tv did not work Internet kept kicking me off and I was charged data on my phone. They did construction a full day and didn’t warn us. It was very loud and lots of dust. Showers need repair. Dusty under bed.

Location is great and it was a decent sized room. Not the brightest or fanciest, but to be honest - the shower in the bathroom was amazing and makes this place well worth!

The room was very thin walled and you hear the outside as well as the other rooms quite well. It didn't bother us that much though.

We have stayed here before and we were so impressed, we decided to stay here again. The location is walkable to the beach, restaurants, the pier, marina and great restaurants. Parking is free, which is rare on Clearwater Beach. Once we arrived, we did not get back in our car until we left. Rooms have plenty of storage, mini fridge and cozy. We loved the 2 pools and free beach towels are available upon request. The staff was accommodating to our needs and very friendly. Would stay here again.

Parking garage located behind property where the office is located. Typical honking, tire screeching periodically during the day (I only noticed while in room), but nothing at night and this noise could not be heard from the pool area or anywhere else on property. It was not enough to deter me from staying here again. We have stayed on both sides of the property and I did not notice this while staying on the other side.

AMAZING is what Devon Shores is! This was my families second trip to Devon Shores, this time we had 3 units 51,52,53. And let me tell you!!!! They were all amazing! I will always request room 53. It was so perfect for my family, and we were traveling with an infant. They even had a crib and high chair outside our room for use!! The location to the beach is perfect! Literally a walk across the street! Restaurants all within a 5 min. (Sweaty) walk, booze, smoke shops, Starbucks, clothes, anything you need, it’s within a 5 min walk! And the staff!! HANDS DOWN the best staff ever! Their hospitality started weeks before our visit, with them checking in with us, responding to my requests to have packages shipped to the hotel for our arrival, they informed me when my packages arrived, and kept them safe until we checked in. I can’t praise their staff enough!! You can tell they work hard to keep this beautiful boutique hotel looking clean, and welcoming. And anytime we saw hotel staff they made sure to ask if we needed anything and if we did, they were right on it! Thank you Devon Shores for once again making my family vacation so perfect! We will see you next year! Room 53 of course.

That I couldn’t just move in to room 53!!

The staff was so wonderful, especially housekeeping. They were so nice!! We stayed here a few days and were very comfortable. So, close to everything, the beach was a short walk away. It was very lovely. The large belcony was fantastic. Thank you!

I guess we would have wished the pool to have a more shallow 3in-3.5in at least for young kiddos. I also wished we maybe requested to see if we could have been on the first floor, having small kids and all their items. The stairs were steep, but that's our fault for not asking for a first floor.

The location was in short walking distance to nearly everything. The beach was also a 2-3 minute walk which was just what we wanted. The complex has been newly updated and very stylish with a touch of its original 1950s charm. The room was comfortable and bit small for five people but it was perfect for the long weekend. The staff were all very friendly and eager to make our stay pleasant.

The only complaint was that we were on the first floor and it was a bit noisy at night and early morning as we were right next to one of the pools. I think as second floor room would have helped with that issue.

Very clean and newly remodeled. Easy access to beach via store across the street from hotel. The common areas had very nice table and chairs to sit and enjoy coffee (provided by hotel) or enjoy snacks. The pool area used stonework rather than plain concrete which made it very appealing.

Dehumidifier filled up in the middle of the night and gave a short warning buzzer. I couldn't find any instructions on how to empty it so it remained off the rest of the night. It would have been nice to have instructions on how to empty it.

Devon Shores is modern and clean. The owner and manager are always on location, assuring that things are kept 5-star. We even got a pool side treat from the owner of strawberry margaritas! Kid friendly, 2 heated pools and large rooms with kitchens make it a great option for families. My kids had room to play without being under my feet in the room. A large shower with a rain shower head was a nice touch, too! Very clean, and staff were willing to get you whatever you needed. I highly recommend!

It's not right on the beach, but only a short walk across the street to get to the ocean, so it's not a deal breaker.

The property was in a fabulous location right in the heart of Clearwater and so easy to get around with lots to do within the area

The property itself was immaculate. I couldn’t have asked for any more. The owners obviously take great pride in their property and business. The decor was flawless. and the staff were so polite and cautious and the manager/owner was very accommodating / kind when we were delayed by our flight he refunded us the cost of the night we couldn’t arrive and of course not all hotels would do this so thanks again to the manager of Devon Shore We will return for sure.
