Quiet romantic spot away from town, right on the river with the ocean beach at 5 min walk across the street. Free use of kayaks and paddle boards on the river (which is a sea inlet) and a fishing pier as well. Room spacious, modern decor and a good shower.

Great little drive from Melbourne airport - good parking in quiet area of Cocoa Beach. Great bird and animal viewing. Upstairs room with nice patio with chairs overlooking small beach. Nice room with comfy bed. We loved it here and gave us a chance to look around Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral and Merritt Island with Black Point wildlife drive. So we had a busy time but some nice relaxation here. There were kayaks to use but it was a bit wavy so we declined. It's a lovely spot.

Restaurants are a drive away, Cocoa Beach pier is a private attraction and not really worth the time, some good restaurants and bars though.

Great location, clean property. nice outdoor accommodations. access to kayaks and paddle boards is excellent. fishing from pier was fun. the wildlife was amazing. outdoor fire pit is a nice touch Beach access is very convenient, and beaches are empty there. patio was excellent. the lack of pool tends to keep families with small kids away.

Our room shared an AC and Thermostat with neighboring room, rooms 9 and 10. that's awkward. ALso our 2 rooms were separated by a door, not a wall, so you can hear everything going on in other unit. Our room didn't have a sitting area outside of bedroom, other than barstool in kitchen area. Grill was not working. Security driveway door was broken. Outdoor game area was in shambles, most not useable. Kitchen has no supplies at all. no dishwashing soap, nor salt and pepper, nothing, except really cheap paper towels.

The location was great. Right down the street from coco beach. Great beaches, great food, not over crowded or too touristy. Quiet little spot. Lots of kayaks and a couple of paddle boards were always available. We saw dolphins every single day. Some swam just mere feet away from the pier.

The public fire pit area was just a bit too close to our sleeping spaces as it was a popular spot for guests to hang out at night and well into the early hours. Some things need a little updating but would strongly recommend staying here.

Gorgeous location overlooking the river. The deck and the jetty were fabulous. Dolphins and manatees swam past us as we chilled. The rooms are fantastic and gorgeously appointed. And just a quick hop across the road to the beach. The host was super accommodating for a late check out.

To make it 10/10 I think a little attention to the outside court yard and soft landscaping would just lift the whole experience. But I guess that’s a money thing and to be fair our stay felt like great value.

The property was amazing. Our view of the Banana River was exceptional and each morning being able to sit by the river, drinking coffee and watching the dolphins go by was an added pleasure. Being able to have our two cats with us, who our babies, made us feel even more at ease. Our room was beautiful and so appropriately decorated.

We didn’t realize that we had to enter the door code to lock the door. Luckily it was a safe area.

We arrived the day after Hurricane Milton hit Cocoa Beach! The management and staff went out of their way to accommodate us! Everything was perfect! The resort is cozy and beautiful. Our teenagers son and daughter had a blast fishing from the resort pier, canoeing and watching the dolphins passing by. Very pet friendly. Able to bbq by the water at sunset is priceless!

View was fantastic. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Great location, and we seen dolphins early in the morning. No loud guests, good atmosphere, ocean was right across the road.

Door kept sticking when we tried to open it. It took about 5 or 6 tries to open. The TV remote was difficult to operate.

Location,Quiet, not very busy, very relaxing, the villa we stayed in, had very nice air fresheners. Will definitely go back for another trip.

I would’ve liked to have been able to use the amenities like the kayaks or just sitting out by the water before checking in and also to be able to use the amenities after checking out of the room.

I loved the back patio area and all of the little details that made this stay great! We only had 2 nights with one full day at the property, but we are already talking about when we can come back!

I would have appreciated a few more amenities (shampoo/soap, coffee/creamer) but overall everything was great!
