Location for great sunrise views. Easiness to park without extra charges. Cleanness of the apartment, hallways, and surroundings. Very friendly staff members (thank you, especially to Jennifer at lobby). Heated pool. Lack of keys that are always potential to get lost. Quietness of the area needed to get away (at times) from the city's craziness. Distance to the city (about 30 min drive). Walking distance to the store at the gas station when basics needed.

Love Beacher's Lodge. The location is great. Heated pool makes it possible to swim throughout the year & they are pet friendly (though not all units & not this unit).

The unit we stayed in desperately needs block-out curtains in the bedroom. The wooden blinds may look beachy but they did nothing to block the light from the outside, including right outside the room. Made it very difficult to sleep! Same with deck furniture. My favorite thing to do & the main reason I pay more to stay right on the beach is sitting out on the deck and watching/listening to the ocean. The captain's chairs look like they would be great but they were oddly tilted (maybe just old) & not comfortable.

Nice and quiet location. Beachfront room has a beautiful view. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff at the front desk are very friendly. The coffee maker had a broken lid on the pot but the coffee maker works. Bathroom was clean and has a nice roomy shower. Convenient location to downtown St. Augustine and many other beaches. Cresent beach is very clean and well maintained. I will definitely stay at Beacher’s Lodge again.

Everything was great

The location was perfect. We were there to see a concert at the St. Augustine Amphitheater. It was just a short drive to the venue. The beach was the best surprise. A beautiful white sand beach just steps from the property.

The condo was pretty small. You have everything you need, but a bit cramped. Nicely appointed. Perfect for a couple and perhaps a small child.

We always love staying at the Beachers Lodge. The location is perfect as is the price. And the staff is always helpful and friendly. We have not enjoyed a Stay with out pet yet, but think it's wonderful that this is a pet friendly hotel. Keep up the Great Work - we'll see you next year!

Room 312: TV in living room could not connect to any stations but we enjoyed the larger tv in the bedroom anyway, k sink sprayer was broken but no big deal, and the side of the glass door slider out to balcony that would normally be screwed into the wall, was not, and so we could never quite close the sliders. This was a bit of a security issue but we weren't too worried being on the 3rd floor

Property is very nice and is kept up.

The mattress was horrible!!!! I almost went to the couch. Needs to be changed asap. It has a hole in the middle and you fall in the middle.

Ricky, the front desk staff member was very friendly & welcoming. He was able to let us check in a little early which was greatly appreciated!

The unit that we stayed in needs to be updated. Not in a decorative sense but the cushions on the couch & chairs in the living area were very faded and worn out.

I didn’t know about breakfast, if there was as one. My original room had no water in the shower so that was disappointing after a sandy time on the beach. We moved and the 2nd room was very lovely. Clean, nice bed and fully stocked kitchen. The air conditioners are a little loud but worked well. I will likely book that room-622- again 😊. Thank you for a gorgeous getaway!

It was modest, clean, and smelled fresh. The stove worked, the refrigerator did its job, the bathroom was small but had all amenities and plenty of storage. The view from my balcony.... priceless.

Unit 203 is awesome! I would recommend asking for it. We did not hear any noises from the unit above. The mood lighting was fun, and a lot of thought has gone into adding cute and interesting beachy decorations, amenities, and labeling them so you don't have to spend much time learning your way around. Comfortable furnishings throughout and a minor issue with the hot water was resolved immediately upon calling the front desk. This place has the comfort of a condo with the service of a front desk, best of both of those worlds. There is clearly active construction underway but we did not hear any work being done over the weekend.

The parking lot is unacceptably dark but the pool is so well lit, it was hard to see any stars. The bathroom is awkwardly small but had a good floorplan for the available space once you squeeze in far enough to close the door, and plenty of room to sit a toiletries bag and change of clothes. If there had been a dustbuster on a wall somewhere, we would have used it. Really, there may have been and we just did not find it, there are a LOT of amenities in unit 203.
