My suite was extremely clean and it smelled new. They have been renovating it, so flooring is new, carpets too and I really enjoyed my stay. The room's lighting was so convenient and loved the floor plan with high ceilings. Bed was very comfortable. I loved that the hotel provided breakfast and the personnel were extremely nice and helpful! My room had 2 new TVs (one in the living space and another in the bedroom.) I will stay here again.

I didn't like that I went into a remodeling time. The front lobby was under renovation and workers were making noise on my floor early in the morning but it's understandable due to remodeling purposes. I would've like more cushioned pillows.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, shuttle service was good for us after arrival at airport & to the hotel. Was the best hotel price in the area. Location was good with fast food within walking distance. Felt safe. Third party bus transportation to the cruise ship was on time & affordable. Nice selection for free continental breakfast.

.Not enough staff to cover check in or checkout. . Hotel had a bunch of phone calls to deal with that only left one person available. Would benefit by one more staff to handle incoming calls. Breakfast was good but needed more seating area to accommodate large amt of guests.

We were told we would be notified when our room was ready and that it would be by 3:00 P.m. but we didn’t get a call and finally went for dinner. When we came back, I asked about our room as we didn’t get a call, and the girl at the desk didn’t even apologize for not calling us. I felt this was rather rude. Also we had no hot water for our shower and I told them at the desk, but again all I got was we will look into it. We should have been given a credit in my opinion, we were going on a cruise and wanted to shower after our flight and before leaving on our cruise.

Convenient to airport and cruise port. Hotel was clean. Room was fine. Breakfast was just OK, nothing special. Eggs, sausage, bagels, potatoes, cold cereal, yogurt, coffee.

Hotel was not walkable to very much. Wendy's and Dunkin shared the same parking lot as the hotel. There was also a seafood restaurant nearby. Publix was a 1.4 mile walk along a very busy road. Hotel water pressure was very weak. Breakfast area was small and needed more seating.

Proximity to airport was great the shuttle service was awesome. If you need to park there’s no fee. Amenities are nice and the room set up is really nice basically giving you a separate bedroom without a door. The breakfast was decent, usual stuff cereal waffles yogurt eggs sausage no bacon 😫. Overall great. Price wise more then usual but affordable. Also recommendations from staff on seafood restaurant was on the money.

Great location for us, next to the airport for travel the next day. We were very impressed with how quiet our room was: didn't hear noise from neighbors or from airplanes. Bed was comfortable, good breakfast, nice size room, clean. Good selection of television options, including Netflix (you have to already have an account).

Staff was wonderful. Pool was nice Breakfast was great. Wendy's and dunkin donuts are in easy walking distance. Good hot shower.

Beds were ok, smelled of very strong orange cleaner and Marijuana. The elevator down button didn't work on the 2nd floor, so we had to take an elevator ride up before going to the main level (mobility issues prevent stair use). Airport shuttle required 2 calls to actually show up. Stains on the walls, stains on the curtains, stains on the nightstand. Mattress does not have a fully enclosed mattress protector.

Checking was very nice The lady was very nice her smile and how she spoke of the hotel was awesome. Check out the gentleman was also nice and.very helpful. Great team

I had ask the lady after my return on Saturday from shopping around 6 how often do they clean room? She had told me every other day. I needed clean towels but after she said that I just said ok and left.

The shuttle service was free but could be handled little more organized. People came out waiting 30 minutes after us and when it came they rushed the shuttle. I had two disabled people with me. They did come back for us but we wasn’t sure it was. So we were worried.
