Great, kind and helpful staff. I would recommend this motel for sure. It’s very comfortable too! The location is perfect. Close to shopping, downtown and Marco Island. The grounds are kept well and the cleaning staff is excellent! Thank you so much!

It is actually perfect for our situation. I did not find anything wrong in our room and nothing wrong with the daily cleaning and staff. Just excellent overall. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

It was a quaint lil motel. The owner was kind enough to accommodate our late check in. The room smelled clean and was made up nicely. It had a mini fridge and a microwave, a place to hang our clothes with hangers. It had a sitting area outside of each room for smokers or just to sit outside and relax. Even though it was off a main street, it was very quiet and very little traffic noise. It was centrally located near river walk and bay front and the beach.

Not a big thing, but we needed to get a couple rolls of t.p. which they happily gave and there was no shampoo or conditioner or hair dryer. Not many towels but enough for us.

+ with rental car only 15min to Tin City for free parking to go to the marvelous beach + really kind staff + my only motel within six weeks that offered me a nice smoking spot directly in front of our door + beauty items 😊

- very few wall plugs. And of the ones we had, one was not working and behind the fridge we had to nestle around to plug in the microwave 😅 - would be nice if we had a sign to hang out to indicate we did not need cleaning. It really is not necessary to clean, make beds and exchange towels every day. I guess many people like that but we found it a little strange and did not consider this as necessary

The price is great for the area and although the hotel is older it's been really decent shape and is well maintained.

The beds need to be replaced.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Pool is a plus. The housekeeping and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Wasn't informed about the coffee in the office. I could have used a few cups.

This hotel ist ein excellent Alternative to the other expensive hotels in South Florida. My room was very clean had no carpet and even a little terras with chairs and table to enjoy my breakfast. Additionally across the hotel is one of the best Mexican restaurants of Naples I highly would recommend to do a visit over there.

Well some of the plumbing needs some attention in the bathroom.
