The room was big and the bed confortable, the room was very clean. The location was exptional.

The breakfast was a little disappointing, there's only industrialized products, and only switch options. I think they could put other things like fruits, bread, cheese, etc.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was exceptionally friendly. Our room was very spacious with a nice view. I will definitely recommend it

Pool area can use a bit job

Great parking and location, did the job well for our quick stay. Staff were excellent and helpful. Room was clean and spacious.

This is a relatively small thing, but in all honesty would probably stop us from staying here again: the AC was just ridiculously loud in our room. In the Florida heat its pretty much a must have, but even on the lowest setting the noise was something else. We live on a busy street and are both tight sleepers, but it was impossible to sleep with the AC on. Some modernization updates on that front would be very welcome, we havent experienced it anywhere else.

The room was huge! We had a full living area with large sofa as well as the large bedroom. Our room had direct access to the roof terrace and it was lovely sitting out there in the evening. Bed was large and comfortable. Plenty of parking and the receptionist (sorry, can't remember her name) was such a friendly, helpful lady and made us feel at home immediately. Pool area was small, but we were the only people using it so it felt like a private pool! A decent breakfast selection which I didn't know was included when I booked. Walking distance to 5th Avenue and the beach, Naples is beautiful!

The pool is next to the main road and although enclosed, it was a bit noisy. We had a bit of an issue with the water temperature in the shower - it was boiling!

Easy to find, modern hotel with onsite parking. Bedroom was very spacious, modern and well appointed. Very comfortable. We also received complementary light continental breakfast each day which was great. Good location for wandering into the centre of Naples (3rd & 5th streets) and around a 20 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Excellent restaurant across the road too. Nice sun deck and reasonable pool with a couple of sun loungers.

Location of the pool means it's not easy to relax round the pool as you are metres from a main highway with the accompanying noise of heavy traffic. Pool is walled but still noisy.

Always a pleasure to stay here the rooms are nice and roomy very comfortable we have been. We have been coming here for years. The prices are great and you get a good room a cozy room with muffins coffee juices and assorted cereals for breakfast. It's a 2 story hotel so you're in and out... no crazy walking around to look for your room or a huge lobby staff to deal with. Everyone is so personable friendly and helpful. It's like staying in a B&B type feel. The staff knows they remember even the rooms we prefer. We come here about 5 times a year and never want to leave lol. It's a walk to 5th and a 15 min stroll or and a quick ride to the beach

Pool is small and rooms can hear the street noise

Liked everything about it - location, staff, amenities. It's a small hotel but have all you might need - breakfast, pool, terrace to relax, laundry. Room was bigger than most hotel rooms. Felt very comfortable. Super clean. Everything in room (microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge) in perfect condition. Comfortable beds. I have stayed in higher-end hotels (and paid almost double) and wasn't as comfortable as in Park Central. Definitely be back

I was given a huge, high-ceilinged corner room with a king sized bed despite being alone which was fantastic. Comfy bed, TV which worked well, lots of window light, it was very clean and there was not a lot of noise to speak of. Great pool which I had all to myself when I wanted a swim. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Huge patio area is pleasant spot to hang out on.

No cooked breakfast on offer. There's a small room with things like prepackaged cereal, yoghurts, juice. You have to carry whatever you want outside to the patio and eat it there. It wasn't the most nutritious breakfast but there are cereal bars you can take.

It was a small well maintained property and we felt very safe. Staff was very accommodating when asking for a slightly earlier check in time.

We had the first floor room with windows that face the street, the noise from the traffic was pretty loud even with the shutters on the windows closed. This was nothing that we complained about, but if you were one that this would affect your sleep you might want to request a room facing the courtyard.

We only stayed for one night as a stop off before heading to Clearwater, but the hotel provided everything we needed including a continental breakfast which we weren't expecting. Michelle greeted us on arrival and was really helpful, friendly and told us everything we needed to know for our stay. There is a supermarket across the road and 5th Avenue is about a 10 minute walk.
