location was great for eating out and the tiki bar fun

with the sofa bed out the room was small

beach chairs would have been a perfect touch - we spent $200 for 4 beach chairs then left behind .. lack of towels at the pool

Loved the updated design, the friendly staff, the am notices like complimentary breakfast, the pool, and the kitchenette in the room with appliances.

smoking in the pool bar area. I asked the front desk if it was allowed and she said definitely not. when I went back to the pool the bar tender asked the guy not to smoke. The bar tender pointed right at me ( which was inappropriate) and said she complained. Well, no one is to smoke on premises and the bar tenders should tell them no smoking. this happened 2 or 3 times and with the same happy hour customer that just drops by for happy our ( not a guest).

Size of room was great for our family of 4. location was great with all the stores and restaurants near by. Close to family that live in Lely.

The rooms were not very well kept by the housekeeping. The toilet bowls were not cleaned and there was not toilet bowl brush in our room to do it ourselves. Also the breakfast should be available everyday until 10:30. 9:30 is too early for vacationers.

The location is good in between Naples and Marco Island, near to a lot of restaurants and places, rooms are great nice and clean.

Beds and pillows are kind of off, pool looks good but so many people and they staying there like a glue and occupied the grill pretty much all day I saw a group stay there from 11am to 6 pm, also people smoking and smell goes to the hallways.

Very clean hotel, excellent use of space in suite. All staff very polite and helpful. Really good breakfast ! Lots of fruit as well as cooked food.

Nothing , great value

The location and cleanliness, plus there was a good breakfast and great coffee.

There were no plastic cups and no ice bucket in the room or at least I couldn’t find any. Wish also the bed would’ve been a queen. The one there was a little tight for my wife and I. But overall the room was spacious and nice.

We absolutely loved our time here. The hotel is clean with a lovely pool. The rooms are clean as well and have everything needed-the small kitchen area was great to have, especially the full size fridge and the microwave. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms impeccable. Staff are friendly and always happy to help. Location wise it’s great to get to the beaches (you will need a car), the Everglades and local amenities. We’d definitely recommend it to family and friends.

I loved the location of the property. It is literarily around of the most popular places you could need either to eat or stores to purchase anything. It has everything to have fun with your family and friends.

I rented a suite 2 bedroom room and it was not provided with either spoons to eat and washer and dryer to wash the clothes after go to the pool or beaches.
