Room was clean, beds firm and clean tight sheets, 4 pillows per bed. Good size TV with working remote. Microwave, coffee packs and coffee maker with paper cups with lids, mixer with napkin and sugar packet. No creamer packet. Amenities in the bathroom to use - shampoo, lotion, soap bar. Plenty of towels supplied. Room has a musty smell upon entering. Has trash can with bag. Came with three small cockroaches. Very satisfied with room. Bathtub drain apart, tub spout loose, tub was clean. Has coffee and cold water in lobby with hot water dispenser for two kinds of tea bags. Breakfast in morning was very good, sausage patty's, eggs with cheese inside, yogurt flavors, bagels with butter and jelly / jam packs. Regular / Decaf coffee dispensers. Cereal, pancakes / waffles with syrup. And 3 juice types dispenser. I rate the breakfast superb !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lack of any room maintenance, door rubs, loose tub spout, tub stopper falling apart and no caulking on tub areas. No TV channel description card.

The breakfast was good, I love the employees.. Nia is the sweetest thing in the world, I love her!! I don't know anyone else's name, but I didn't meet a single staff member that I did not like!

I can't say that there was anything that I did not like however I just never give anybody five stars unless they are completely impeccable like the staff at comfort inn was all of them I met from the desk people to the maintenance to the housekeeping everyone was just amazing!

The staff was friendly, courteous, and hospitable. The room had been renovated and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was updated nicely and very clean. The breakfast room was large and comfortable. The breakfast had a variety that was offered and was filling.

It really was a pleasant experience. If I had to hunt for something to comment upon, the elevator needed some cosmetic repairs to a panel that was off with some visible wires.

The lady that checked us in was fabulous! She was thoughtful! She thanked me for being a valued member!

The lady that worked 3 to 11 was nasty and never at the desk when guest needed her! I told her we needed batteries for a remote in one of my rooms and she said she would let her manager know the next day! I am confused that she could solve the simple problem!

Room was great, Bed was awesome. Breakfast was ok, I have had better at other hotels. It was a simple breakfast which satisfied our needs.

Price was higher than expected, but my fault for not being thorough. I priced Thursday night only, but decided to stay Friday night too not expecting weekend rates and special events such as Blue Angels show.

The room was spacious, modern, and comfortable. The staff was able to get me checked in earlier than normal because my arrival was several hours ahead of the check in time - I truly appreciated it!

The public areas in the building I was in (main hallway, entryway, and elevator) weren't kept well. It could be from the construction going on but the appearance made it feel like the rest of the facility wasn't kept well. There was also a car parked in front that look like it had been in an accident which made it look like the parking lot was a dumping ground. Despite these things, I enjoyed my stay!

I had seen a couple bad reviews but I can't complain about anything. The building we stayed in was newly renovated and fresh. We got there a little early but checked us in without a question. They had a free breakfast that was the normal for most places and was fine. We picked that area because it was in between the places we had planned to go. We would definitely co.e back.

Only thing we didn't like was the I e machine wasn't hooked up yet but we was less than a mile from a store and I'm sure we could have asked where one was that worked but it wasn't a big deal.

Continental breakfast had enough choices to satisfy. The room was neat and clean. The staff were polite and helpful. Was able to book later in the day last minute.

The room had a slight odor of maybe dampness. I am very sensitive to smells,it wasn’t a horrible odor bit it was just there.

Good location. Breakfast included. Plenty of restaurants close by. Secure entry into buildings

Didn't clean room on day #3 of our stay. Didn't leave coffee for our last morning .would have liked more drawers for clothes. Arm chair was VERY uncomfortable!

Breakfast was good location was great everything in walking distance room was nice bed was so comfortable love love it we will be back soon nothing everything was great
