I really enjoyed my stay here. Great price, I felt safe and staff were friendly. Not too far from the many places I visited, including the beach. Rooms are small but I was still able to make a play area for my toddler.

Not sure if you have to keep up with your deposit slip in order to get your deposit back but I asked for my deposit back and was told that I needed my deposit slip. I did have it but it’s obvious I paid a deposit in order to receive my room key so I’m hoping everyone receives their money back even if they misplace the deposit slip.

The breakfast area was not open but did provide coffee and powdered and chocolate donuts

I was looking forward to the continental breakfast which was closed down in that area only provided coffee which I do not drink no type of apple or orange juice or milk that I would assume would be in a continental breakfast and only sugar and or powdered and chocolate mini donuts were available my guess is better than nothing

Staff always available if needed. And very friendly. Staff was dressed appropriately, including house keeping. Coffee available every morning for my husband was a little touch.

There was an issue with the key not working, but service desk clerk fixed it immediately and cause very little delay to anything we had going on.

Thank you so much I appreciate because found the hotel when we moved out Tampa because the Milton hurricane came to my city. Anything hotel sold out rooms, but I found that hotel. Thanks God and thanks for your service help my family.

I would have liked more choices for breakfast besides donuts

I was not informed when I made the reservation that I had a 50 dollar fee to pay for each room

Tv sucked, couldn’t find channels. Advertised this great breakfast. Coffee pots were empty. The Hostess cup cakes box was empty.

Needed a little more 4 breakfast- it was only powdered donuts & coffee. Location was great!

Odor on 1st floor was annoying. Few items in my room had rust on them.

Very nice rooms! Super Clean! I also love how all the furniture match haha you would be surprised as to how many places don’t match. I also like the decor. it’s very comfortable and relaxing . The staff is great they don’t bother u and they are very helpful. The price is honestly under priced but I’m happy that it is as cheap as it is. highly recommend I will continue to stay here when need be.

The bed was comfortable, the location was good for our circumstances.

The reason it was not rated higher was because the listing showed a continental breakfast. One morning the was a home style coffee maker and packaged danish. The next morning, there was nothing. Also, the bed frames were a very protruding metal frame and caused a few bumped legs. No sap dish in shower.
