It was well located, and the neirborhood was very nice.

At the begining, as I arrived late, the glass front entrance seamed not very reliable to me, but during the day I realized the souroundings were safe. And the living room was a little simple with only one sofa... not othere chair there.

The location is fantastic, nestled in a secure residential neighborhood. The apartment is immaculate and tastefully furnished, boasting excellent amenities like ample storage space and a convenient washing machine. With numerous dining options just a short stroll away, and a host who is incredibly attentive, our stay was enjoyable.

Unfortunately, the walls are quite thin, and we were often awakened by the energetic sounds of a small child next door as early as 6am each morning. It’s disappointing that they haven’t utilised the outdoor space, as this would greatly enhance the apartment.

As soon as I arrived, the host contacted me asking if everything was ok, which was very nice. Contact with the host was immediate and very good throughout my stay of 16 days. The apartment was very clean and very nicely decorated, kitchen equipment new and clean, washing machine with dryer in the room also very clean and encouraging to use. Internet works very well. Everything you need is in the apartment. The area around the apartment is very nice with tropical vegetation, very safe, encouraging for walks and active recreation. In general, the service, accommodation was at the highest level - many hotels with 4 and 5 stars could learn from the host from customer service, such a detail as, for example, switching the air conditioning to celsius degrees (I'm from Europe :-)) shows concern for comfort and satisfaction customer.

Excellent location, close to the beach and several restaurants. Cleanliness. Host was very responsive and offered things to do nearby. A/c worked great. Full kitchen. W/D. Modern/Updated. TV also in bedroom.

Thin walls, can hear neighbors (but this should be expected for shared walls). Very thin blanket (would recommend a duvet or comforter). Small futon as couch, perhaps add foot stools for comfort.

Very clean accommodation. Well stocked with utensils etc in kitchen. Exceptionally clean. Washer & dryer in unit. Convenient one level entry. No dragging luggage up steps. Neighbor is quaint & quiet. Great location to downtown & Beach. Appreciated quick responses from management when contacted. Alex even sent list of great local places to eat. Would stay here sgain.

This is the second time we have stayed here. Obviously we liked it the first time. We are pleased with how clean the unit was on our arrival. Alex, the property manager, again checked in with us to see if anything was needed. He is very thorough and prompt with any questions we had. We feel very safe in this neighborhood and find Alana Bay to be a good value.

This is the third time we’ve stayed here. The location is perfect for us as it’s near our family. We feel very safe in the neighborhood. The condo is always extremely clean and Alex checks once we get here to make sure everything is satisfactory. The best recommendation I can make is to say that we’ve already reserved it for next year!

I like that the location was walkable to local restaurants grocery stores and shops... The place was clean and newly renovated. It look like the pictures I saw.

They did such a great job renovating the whole place but, they forgot the shower. The tub and shower was big bulkey with low water pressure. I just felt like a good remodel. I wish the could tare out that tub and made it a whole stone wall shower clear glass the sink received a little upgrade but why leave out the tub and shower?

I was so pleased with my stay. it felt like a cozy little home away from home. The host was always available via a phone call or text. He was kind and helpful, an issue arose with the unit dryer and washer, the host quickly came up with a solution and offered us access to another washer and dryer located on the premises. The location is very close to beaches and restaurants. The neighborhood and condo itself are quiet. The condo was clean and had cutlery and tableware as well as a few seasonings. Wifi was strong. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Located in a nice and quiet neighbourhood, the property was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, including washing tablets, toilet roll, shower gel etc, which was a big help. check in was quick and efficient with easy to follow instructions. We were greeted by lovely, helpful staff, and once inside we were very pleased with how spotlessly clean it was! The cleaners did a great job! The property is compact yet comfortable, had free parking and was just a short drive, (less than 10 minutes) to Las Olas Boulevard and under 15 minutes drive to the beach. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return!

There were a couple of spots in the property that would benefit from a touch up of paint, (it was peeling on the back door), and the front and rear doors didn’t feel overly secure although they locked perfectly fine. The front door had a bit of play on in when locked. In addition, a couple of chairs out front of the property (if it’s possible) would have been nice to enjoy a cup of tea/coffee. We could also hear other guests talking in the property next door to us. They weren’t being overly loud, I just think that the sound travelled through the walls. Regardless of this, it was a relaxing stay.
