Loved the roof top area, Great view and a good spot for a nightcap. Location was the best. Staff was most helpful and the free use of beach chairs and umbrellas was a big bonus.

the size of the rooms, when I go again I would be happy to pay a little extra for the larger rooms.

The view was amazing. Across the street from the beach. Walking distance to the boat tours and restaurants. The fridge was nice n cold. The shower had good water pressure and good hot water for those that like a hot shower. The air conditioner worked wonderful especially coming in from a hot long day out. Check in time was at 3 and we arrived to the hotel at 11am, our room was ready by then so Nick allowed us to check in right away witch gave us the entire day to enjoy. This place is definitely a hidden gem and I would highly recommend.

Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Just an FYI. I was charged 150.00 2 days before witch didn’t include the hotel rate.

Proximity to beach across the street as well as to entertainment a couple of blocks away.

Perfect location right across the street from the beach and walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants. Most importantly, very close to a Starbucks and a very well stocked CVS with anything you need. They have beach gear you can use and rent umbrellas. They are also extremely nice and helpful. The rooms are dated, but have everything you need unless you need an ultra-modern, sterile type of place. The AC worked well and there's a mini fridge and microwave. The value for the money compared to neighborhood hotels is insane.

The walls aren't super thick so you do get some noise, and we had a few issues with the shower (handle sorta broken, very difficult to get to the correct temperature). That's honestly about it.

Close to beach and walking to restaurants. Overall price was good. There was an area to sit on the rooftop to look at the beach; it was very comfortable. Another area high up was great with nice seats and lots of room. They had a secure entry with a code to make the elevator operate. Cars secure in the garage with a gate. Free use of beach equipment was a terrific bonus - BUT Since check IN was 3:00pm and because the office closed at 6 pm there was really no way to enjoy the beach with those things unless you stay 2 days.

Bed was very old and squeaky. The room light was blue not bright. The tv had permanent captions distorting the picture. No closet rod. Bathroom had no counter but a thin glass shelf which could only hold a toothbrush. (Maybe put a flat stool in there to hold things). Needed air freshener for the musty smell.

Beautiful color scheme, slightly modernized. Right on the beach. They supply everything you need for a beach day!

The parking is very tight.. The manager was a little rude about us parking there due to our vehicle size. Little did he know we had already been staying there with no problems backing the truck in. Maybe because we’re younger we were judged who knows? Housekeeping tried to come in the room by knocking. I said “no thank you” three times as I was in the middle of getting ready, he opened the door anyway.. quite shocking.

claustrophobic room size but ok for 1-2 days

The location was excellent and good value for money. The staff was a amazing. We liked the water toys that were offered to us (inflatable tubes and boogie boards)

The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. The water pressure and temp control were not good (either boiling hot or luke warm/cold-ish) and the pressure was always weak. The blow dryer was broken (could only set it to cold or extremely low... And in either case would take 40 minutes to dry my hair) ... That was disappointing since I was relying on that dryer and it made me not want to get my hair wet...

The hotel was walking distance to everything, restaurants, shopping, and best of all rigjt in front of the beach.

The room was suitable for our stay, the only thing was that the shower needs something on the floor to prevent the water from flowing everywhere. The shower area floor was even with the rest of the bathroom a d when you took a shower the water went everywhere. We had to out towels on the floor to prevent flooding.

Great location right across from the beach. Very small basic accommodation, dated motel, no frills but clean. Unfortunately there are no staff at night and we had a guy on the premises going crazy trying to get into our room. Lucky my husband was able to deal with it but it left me very uneasy.

No night security.
