Very friendly staff. The room was clean and had everything I needed to include a small kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator. It was nice and quiet and away from the noisy main strip, but very close so walking was easy. The price was significantly lower than staying right on the strip, which I would not advise. It isn’t worth the money to stay on the strip when you can stay here.

There isn’t really anything negative to say. This is the first time I’ve ever stayed in a non-brand hotel room that was older during one of my solo vacations. I now realize how much money I have wasted, staying in name brand places, right on the beach or prime spot, only to be disappointed with the service and cleanliness. I will no longer stay in those types of hotels after having a great stay here at The Nobleton Hotel. My mom.

Despite the spring breakers that had descended to the area during our stay, the hotel area is located in a very quiet residential area surrounded by condos and high rise apartment buildings about 3 blocks from the Bayshore access to the Ft Lauderdale beach. There are restaurants in the immediate area (recommend the Escape -a rooftop bar with food, ElVez and SobeVegan) as well as a CVS and liquor store. The pool area has early am sun to late afternoon as there are no tall building obstructing the sun. Free towels to use at the pool, no problem with having a chair to sit on during our stay (remember we were on a cruise ship!) Beach chairs available to use at the beach as well as sun screen. Room is accessed by a keyless system and code sent by booking.com - remember to lift up the handle to access! If you are returning from a long trip with heavy luggage, recommend you ask for a first floor room as there is no elevator. Room had a coffee maker, micro, refrigerator in the room and very adequate air conditioning and comfy mattress. Free cable TV and wifi were excellent. Met several guests who noted this is their go to place prior to embarking on a cruise. Cruise terminal and FLL airport are all reachable in short time (10-15 minutes for us) Highly recommended if you want a quiet safe secure residential hotel to relax and still be in close proximity of the beach, bars, eateries, FLL nightlife and other conveniences with no need for the use of a car.

There were no cons as everything met our expectations.

Comfortable spacious room with kitchenette; sofa etc. Much more than we were expecting. The owner was very helpful and allowed an early check in, which enabled us to enjoy the day fully. Pool area was quiet and well maintained, with plenty of sun beds, other seating and table for dining. Barbeque facilities were available. We had the pool almost to ourselves for 2 days. A lot more enjoyable than a big chain hotel that we stayed in on the previous night. We would definitely stay there again.

Everything! Tucked back from all the action and noise on the main strip, you could enjoy the quiet, spa-like courtyard garden and pool. Yet, in under 5 minutes, you could have the beach sand under your feet while watching the ocean waves. You can easily walk to bakeries for your morning coffee and have an entire strip of beach-side restaurants and shops to choose from. We found Spazios to be our favorite for all meals, views, and live bands. Our king suite was like being in an apartment. The amenities even included beach chairs for your use oceanside. The staff were wonderful in accommodating our need for early arrival and late departure, It has become a home away from home for us!

Would rate a 10! My husband and I stayed here for 3 days, and we would definitely return! Tony is the property owner and is extremely hospitable & friendly & takes care of all his guests! Property is just as pictured! Very clean and manicured with beautiful palm trees so relaxing by the pool!! He provides ample amount of toiletries including large bottles of variety of sunscreen! Bed was comfortable & freshly clean. Very quiet! Literally a 5 min walk to the beach and MANY restaurants all walking distance. We rented a car but didn’t need one if staying around beach boardwalk. We have kids but came for a kid free getaway but would enjoy bringing our kids next time. Great area to hang clothes & wet swim wear to air dry. Bathroom doesn’t have fan but not a problem, they have windows and I just open the bath door when showering, not a problem at all, all still private. About 20 units, I loved it, very private & relaxing and tropical w the palm trees and fun vibrant colorful decor!! Thank you Tony I hope we can return again! Anita

TONY!! Omg. don’t look any further. stop and reserve right now. Look at my profile. Before Covid we travelled everywhere. The Nobleton is one block from the beach. One block from all amenities. But the real sell is this wonderful treasure amongst the big names. Gorgeous pool and garden. Huge room with microwave, Keurig, fridge and a toaster! There is a reason why this place is so popular and it’s the Host with the Most Tony. If I could clone Tony I could run the world. Whoever owns this place should quadruple his wage because the man doesn’t stop. The pool area is gorgeous and very relaxing. We will absolutely be back!

So convenient to restaurants and the beach. The room was very nice and comfortable. Had a kitchen, couch, closet and nice king bed. Plenty of room. Had a nice pool but we didn’t use. Self Check in was easy-wonder how secure.

Wish it had a lock on the gate to the property since no staff on sight. I suggest locking it with a code to get in to the gate. Was glad the self check in worked to get in to the room. We got there about 3:30 and didn’t see any staff. Walls were pretty thin but earplugs helped.

I liked the pool area, which provided some shade; the comfortable bed; having nearby restaurants we could walk to; and the proximity to the beach. It was very helpful to have a beach umbrella, beach towels, and beach chairs provided. The Circuit shuttle enabled us to get groceries without having a car.

The only drawback was something the hotel owners had no control over: a large condo building under construction directly across the street.

This quaint little hotel had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation at the beach! Our flight arrived in the early morning and Tony was kind enough to ensure our room was ready for an early check-in. Our room was clean, comfortable and well stocked with all the necessities! The front courtyard and pool area was clean and tastefully decorated with comfortable outdoor furniture and even offered beach towels and sunscreen for guest use! Tony does a fantastic job running the property and ensuring guest satisfaction. We had a minor issue with the hot water in our room on the first night, but as soon as we notified Tony, he had the issue resolved for us in a matter of minutes! If you're looking for an affordable stay in a quiet location, I highly recommend Nobleton Hotel. This will absolutely be our go-to spot for future Ft. Lauderdale vacations! You can't beat the price, hospitality and location.

The proprietor was fantastic. We arrived at 9:00am ... check-in wasn't supposed to be until 3pm. Tony told us he'd do his best to get us in early. He had such a great sense of humor, we immediately felt welcome and well cared for. He gave us a map and some great suggestions to take the water taxi down the canals! We had such a great time getting on and off and enjoying the sights that we didn't get back to the hotel until after 3pm. He had put all our bags in for us! The location is fabulous ... walking distance to the beach, the canals and all kinds of excellent dining options. Tony recommended 'Casablanca' for dinner! It was superb! One of the best meals we have enjoyed in a long time. Although Ft. Lauderdale is hard on the wallet ... the Nobleton is great value for your dollar! Oh ... and it is beautiful at night with sll the lights around the pool area. You certainly won't regret your time there!

The only thing I would say that wasn't ideal were the pillows. They were a bit to big and hard. I also like to sleep with two pillows and there were only two in the room. Other than that, we have no complaints at all.
