They have a choice of hot drinks available in the lobby at all times: tea, coffee and cocoa. The hotel has a stocked vending machine by the laundry facilities, which only required $1 in quarters for each: washer and dryer. Breakfast was the best we have had in our trip. The gym was nice. I requested extra towels at the front desk and a smiling staff member brought them up to our room within 5 minutes! The price is reasonable. Check-in was smooth. Check-out is at noon! The staff I interacted with: Glenyse and Cassie were courteous and efficient; so was the manager: Kim. The hotel contacted me when I left my sandals behind upon check-out. This hotel has beautiful, clean facilities and rooms AND superb customer service. I would stay there again in a heartbeat 💗!

I missed a choice of yogurt in the breakfast lineup. I saw a mold stain in the shower wall. See picture. We could not find cold water, until we asked the manager, who let us use the closed breakfast area.

The room was clean, the beds and pillows super comfortable. Pool open until midnight was a nice feature for our kids. Breakfast was fresh, hot and really good. The best thing that it was open from 6am, very convenient for early travelers like us.

The only issue we had was that other guests with kids are intentionally (or so I was told at the reception) all put up to the same floor, and we had a family who checked in to the room next door just before 2am and were very loud, yelling and running until 3am. It was impossible to sleep and very irritating. I know the hotel cannot stop the kids from yelling, but it would be nice that people were reminded about the quiet time at those hours and respect for other guests.

I am not going to lie, I thought this hotel wouldn't be very good, but I had no choice. All the other hotels close to UF were either full or extremely overpriced. But this hotel was very clean, the beds were comfy, and the staff was very kind. Cracker Barrel is right behind it which is our family tradition to eat there for breakfast when we visit our kids in college.

Nothing to complain about. For the type of hotel, it was very good.

Everything was great. You could walk to Cracker Barrel, Texas Roadhouse, WaWa and a Capital City Bank. These places surrounded this hotel and if I was the Owner or CEO of a Hotel Chain I would make sure My Hotels everywhere where built like this. Find the favorite Food Chain for the local and have one built nearby.

Internet service went out and stayed out from 8pm until after I left at 8am in the morning. The Manager and Staff had no control over it and were just as frustrated by it as the guest.You couldn’t use the business center, due to no internet. Suggestion your on stand alone internet service, if no room you have to pay a fee to use.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good.

I had an adjacent room with my elderly father, as I had requested. I was planning to pay for both rooms but at check-in I was not allowed to do so since his name was listed. I do not agree with this! When reserving the room it asked for his name but if I would have known it was for paying purposes I would not have given his name. I do not understand why I couldn't pay for both rooms. It was very upsetting for me to ask my father to pay for his room when I had already told him I would take care of it!

Staff at front desk were very welcoming and friendly. Hot coffee and tea available 24hrs. It was a cold, rainy night when we got there so it was really comforting to be offered a nice warm towel to dry off at the front desk and a hot cup of tea.

The mini fridge in the room was a little shaky and didn't seem to be in proper working condition but we stayed only one night so that wasn't much of an issue for us. The bathroom were pretty clean but didn't use the shower so I can't say anything about that.

I was greeted with a smile and the front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and had a nice business center and indoor pool. The free breakfast was nice and offered what was advertised.

The only issue I really had was that the tub drained VERY slowly, if at all. It didn't slow me down however, and when i reported it to the staff, they put in a work order immediately.

Great Location, right off the I-75 and lots of restaurants, shopping etc. in immediate area.

Bit of a double edged sword, while the lack of carpeting facilitated cleanliness, the room did feel a bit barren. Perhaps a couple of throw rugs or runner at the door would have warmed it up a bit. Otherwise, was extremely clean, neat and bed very comfortable.

The handicap accessible bathroom (Room 214) was very helpful with our elderly, disabled father. Also the indoor swimming pool was delightful! Tasty breakfast! We had a great stay at Country Inn and would stay there again if in the area.

Another mirror outside the bathroom would be helpful. Another hook higher up on the bathroom door inside the bathroom would also be helpful.

Breakfast was liquid eggs, bacon, cereal (4 different types) muffins, bagels, danishes, yogurt, make your own waffles, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, apple juice, orange juice, and cranberry juice. (Coffee, tea and hot chocolate is open all day.) Facilities were located on Archer Rd which has everything either in walking distance or a short drive. Publix, Walmart, Cracker Barrel, Texas Road House, WaWa, Shopping mall is close. Very convenient location!!

For pricing I think it was fine. Maybe different breakfast options, as an example I don't eat pork so maybe have turkey sausage as an option.
