I love the riverfront view at night😍

The view from the fifth floor is really breathtaking. 👌 the Hyatt Regency across the river has an advantage on this spot though. The facility is just old at the Hilton and could definitely use a face-lift to bring in to the now. It was nice but a name like Hilton should make it beyond nice the lobby is the greatest feature. Time to put some money into this doubletree that could be branded a better Hilton being it's location right on the Riverwalk. Do something quick Hilton before you get run out of town. Knock that old dilapidated building down and build an even taller Hilton premier resort and it will work there is money in Jax stay cations are becoming more popular and the river needs a fine resort. Oh yeah could may have broke our spirits some but cmon with the lack of room service bring back room service asap. It's time to go back to normal and no roomservice is not normal so please bring back all night dining and roomservice and stop charging for the breakfast greed brought down Rome not competition, stop with the greed and get back to hospitality!!

No roomservice, don't leave a request, I requested a single red rose be placed on a pillow and could not get one and wasn't even acknowledged about my request. Luxury means doing whatever the consumer finds luxurious so tighten up on requests especially reasonable ones.

Location to most things we wanted to do

My first room looked dated. The balcony door wasn’t working , they switched the rooms and the bathroom looked like it wasn’t clean writing was on the glass in the shower. So that tells me that they didn’t properly clean the shower. I bought my own cleaning supplies and I cleaned and wiped some the room. The AC unit wasn’t working properly and it leaked so the carpet was WET….

The view and bed were amazing

No microwave or fridge

Chechin was easy. Cookies a nice touch. Valet attendants were helpful. Restaurant meals were good. Theresa was very friendly. Burger very good. Buffet breakfast was good.

Did not like the room. No microwave. No refrigerator. Was supposed to be a queen bed. It was a twin. Bed was very soft in the middle. Trash can was confusing. Hard to figure which side to use. $190 is too much for this room without above needed improvements.

I did not eat breakfast at the hotel, decided to go out for cheaper eats. Loved the location, had I realized it was on the river, I would have requested a room with a view of the water.

Parking. Decided to park the car myself instead of using the valet. Parking was full, so parked off property. Unfortunately, that was not reflected in my bill. Should have only been billed for 1 day parking. Other than that it was great.

The location. The staff. The breakfast.. all of it!!!

The bathrooms were disgusting on the first floor.. had to switch rooms when i first got there because of how dirty it was and the water in the bathroom wouldn’t stop running.

For starters the room we booked wasn't available for some reason, so they gave us a suite! The bed was my favorite part as it was super comfortable, clean, and also had the most amazing view from the bed! The room was clean. Smelt nice and fresh. The staff was more than accommodating! We noticed upon check in that the pull out bed was broken. We went to dinner and when we came back it was fixed! I'm not sure why this place gets the horrible reviews that they do, but it's convenient and well worth the money we spent! Will reccomend to friends and family, and we will be booking again in the future!

Everything was lovely with a beautiful view.

That the room didn’t have a microwave or refrigerator and the ice machine wasn’t working on our floor we had to go two floors down to get ice… The price we paid they should’ve all the amenities in the room.

The location was very nice other than I asked for river view way in advance and instead got a city view👩🏽🤔😒

My room location I asked for river view and got city view OH As Well I Had to pay $20 to park, because they allowed outside viewers to pay $10 for the lot that valet was to use for the guest👩🏽😒😡❗️
