Dennis the front desk manager made me and my husband's week!!! He upgraded our room because he saw that it was our 17th Year Anniversary and my birthday!! WHEN I TELL YOU THAT WAS THE BEST GIFT...IT WAS ALL THAT!!! The property is very clean and the OOOCCEEAANNNN!!! Is right there! I love this property and will be back!

Every room has an ocean view and very clean. Close location within walking distance to restaurants. Parking was ample and easy to access. Staff in lobby were great. Will stay here again!

Pool could have been clearer. One wait staff working the breakfast was rude. She told me and my husband to hurry up that they stopped serving breakfast at 10 and it was 940.

It is a very nice location and great for a beach holiday. Rooms are large and comfortable. Large balcony to relax. Staff is incredibly nice and professional. Denise at the front desk is amazing. Despite that the hotel was almost full, he organized our room change so well. Breakfast is also great, especially the staff. They are on top of everything and very friendly.

location to beach and favorite restaurants. I love that every room faces the beach! My fav part might be the suite- the ability to close the door if one of us wants to go to bed earlier.

probably the price going up every time we stay. we’ve been staying at this hotel for 15 years and sometimes the sticker shock takes time to digest. but that’s not really a negative about the property so not sure where to put that info.

The location of the hotel right by the beach and we have stayed there a couple of times previously. The breakfast was very nice and the rooms are awesome. The couch could have used a couple of extra pillows for back support when sitting down, but took them from the bed. Got some awesome moonlit pics and the daytime shots were great. The balcony was great to sit out on. Loved the mini fridge and they were generous with the coffee and tea for our little coffee/tea maker with all the extras. The gym was utilized by my husband, and I was happy to wash clothes with the guest laundry.

One room had a really loud ac unit, and we were moved quite quickly to another. The second one was missing a bottle opener. But they were quick to give us a few small ones to tide us over. There was no rubber mat for the bathtub, but that was also replaced in a timely manner. My husband would like some more veggies with breakfast.

The accommodations were awesome. Never slept in a more comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and efficient.

The shower stall didnt have shelves or towel racks. I brought my own supplies but didn't have a place to store them. Not being able to control the room temperature. The thermostat showed 73° but it felt like 83°.

Everyone was so nice the front desk,maintenance, amd kitchen staff.

The bugs in the pool and hot tub, although it is a outside pool and spa area. There were just too many dead bugs inside. This is my only gripe!!!! My family and I will be visiting again soon.

Location. Professional and courteous staff. Well manicured landscaping. Clean, Clean, Clean. Easy access to everything. Awesome amenities. Well equipped rooms. If you ask for it, you shall received it.

The property was located right in the beach, the balcony rooms are really nice and the whirlpool was paradise.

Without knowing what other hotels in the area are like, I'd say this is a nice and hassle-free but pretty expensive choice. The location is great with direct beach access, friendly staff, and rooms with lots of space.

Breakfast is good, but very expensive. No smoking on the balcony which is great for non-smokers but sucks when you're a smoker. The A/C was very noisy and difficult to operate - we switched it off.
