The hotel is immaculate and has great amenities. My toddler loved the kiddie slides and the lazy river. You can order lunch right from your lounge chair and they bring it to you, which was really convenient. We also loved the restaurants on property and thought the food was top quality.

We were initially placed in the Villas, which isn’t attached to the main hotel building and would have been a bit of a walk to the restaurants and pools. We paid extra to upgrade to a room in the main building. I also would have liked shampoo and conditioner for the bathtub, as they were locked on the wall in the shower.

Very good fitness facility Excellent swimming pool & river Elevators were plenty, but for some reason some other guests weren't aware that more than one was working. Gift Shop was attractive with nice items Excellent Spa 5 Stars! The dessert Torte Donna Nonna

One Fire pit was very low on fuel Hinges on the bathroom door were rusty Cobwebs and dust on lamp shades Wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom Small bathtub, walk in shower would be better suited I didn't like that I wasn't able to stay longer

Relaxing and quiet

The hotel was beautiful. The facilities, especially the pools, were just what we needed for our little getaway. The kids pool was the best we've experienced! We loved the breakfast down at Trevi's, we had the sweetest server. Everyone was so nice, from the valet attendants to the room service attendants, housekeeping, maintenance, front desk staff. We absolutely loved it for our short staycation! We will be back again!

The hotel is so incredibly kid friendly. I told the front desk it was my Son’s Birthday and they literally went above and beyond with making him feel special. I don’t remember her exact name but is sounded like La Nadja or Donja it was two separate words for her first name. She brought my son balloons, candy and a cake!!! The head of security also brought my son goodies. He felt so special. Also Hassan at the Trevi restaurant is our favorite!!!! He treats us like family.

Thought we would be staying at the hotel, Omni Resort but we were lodged three buildings away in a building labeled as Sunset Lodge. As far away from the main building as possible. The whole reason we splurged on the hotel was to stay there and enjoy the amenities. It was annoying because being three buildings away we had to take a shuttle back and forth. It was disappointing in that sense. Probably would have enjoyed the place a while lot more if we were actually at the hotel we made our reservations for

Beautiful grounds with a ton of amenities

Room service was absolutely horrible. We needed towels and asked several times and didn’t receive them. Our coffee wasn’t restocked daily and asked for more and never received it. We needed to hunt down housekeeping for toilet paper twice, and they never gave us more Kleenex even though we asked. when we called the concierge they were very rude. We asked for a shuttle and got two different answers. We couldn’t adjust temperature in room. Key cards would randomly stop working and we have no access to help for that at our building because it was only occasionally staffed.

The amenities were great!! Staff was great! Sake in the gift shop was great and soo was the sales lady We were there for business and pleasure. Sadly, my husband lost his belt a and it did not come up in house keeping.

The escalator was not working. The property had days to fix it before our convention started. It was inconvenient for our group to go around the property for the elevator every time they needed to go to up or down.

Great place for families, staff was friendly . Water features were great. Our room was quiet and comfortable. My family had a great time there. We also enjoyed our meal at the onsite restaurant Zen.

The music choice at the family wave pool , I thought was too adult. four songs in a row mentioning or applauding drug use.

The resort is massive and lots of things to do on property with no extra cost. If you are going to the attractions and want a day to relax this is the spot.

The included mini-golf course could use some up keep, some of the flags were broken and laying near the hole but not standing up in the hole. They are small and easy to move but very minor repair/replacement. Surprised it was not already fixed.
