Comfortable and clean

I did not like the fact that on Saturday night July 6 when I came back to the hotel there was no parking at all!!! I went to Club Sevilla to park and a man came out and told me to move my car or he will have it towed! I had to park my car on the plaza next door and wake up early to move the car back to the hotel so it would not get towed

Attendant lady is very nice, she walked us thru the facilities and made sure we were accommodated, she even opened the pool for my kids for after hours swimming since we had arrived late. Location is very convenient if going to Disney, Universal Studios, stores. and Price! Can’t beat it!!

Ummm…. Maybe pool hours and vending ice machine hours.

The Property Was Going Through Service So They Booked Me At Their Sister Property ‘Sunshine Inn.’ It’s Located Across The Street From Seville & Is Very Nice. The Staff Were Accommodating As Well As Friendly. I Appreciate Their Welcoming Nature As Well Peaceful Demeanors. Extremely Friendly!

Honestly I Was Extremely Impressed By Cleanliness As Well With Ease Of Check In.

The hotel. Was in a good little cation safe to walk around accommodations were goo the fridge could have been a little bigger.

the room was very comfortable, there was a microwave in the room, the location was very good. Besides they only clean your room if you stay long periods, they took our garbage.

The price was great. I liked that I was able to make this booking last minute. Check in was simple.

Key card didn't work as soon as we got it. We were told we could get a new one the next day so we couldn't leave the room for the rest of the night.

Some employees or new employees don’t take care of all details. People smoke very near to my room

The staff were amazing and very accommodating. We were supposed to stay at this hotel. However, it was located on the second floor, and there was not an elevator. My husband can not climb stairs. The lady in the front made arrangements for us to stay across the street at the sunshine inn. The rooms are very clean. No carpet, which is a major plus.

Lots of noise outside. Yelling by other customers. There were shades on windows but no blackout curtains.

Behind the bathroom door was a underwear and the floor was dirty in the bathroom and outside too and a guy come at 2 in the morning knocking on my door looking for something idk

Our stay here at Sevilla Inn was a very good one! All the the staff there were helpful and very nice to us...Sharon, Vanessa, Wilette, Guiseppe and Carlos..Very helpful and offer great advise and recommendations!...The property is located at some of the best convenient shopping areas and Entertainment Spots on the 192 Highway and very close to the Bus Stop which makes it very easy to traverse!!!..We will definitely stay there again at room 207!!!

Nothing to complain about....You get what you expected and value for money!
