The apartment was clearly furnished recently so it was really nice and comfortable. The Publix Supermarket was only 5 minutes from the apartment and the buss/trolley station also about 5 minutes. The ride to South Miami took about 25-45 minutes, depending on the traffic. But the the trolley is free. The beach, also, about 5 minutes, and, you have to go and see the sunrise, it was beautiful! They had a lounger and an umbrella at the apartment for you to use.

I'm not complaining because I got along very well but because the workers don't speak English, that might be a problem for some. But, you'll have the number of the owner and you can WhatsApp her and she'll answer quickly. So, not a problem, just something you need to be aware of.

Fantastic location near the beach, very friendly staff, always willing to help. Clean and beautiful apartment with an excellent mattress. A lot of windows and parking lot next to it - about 10 dollars per day.

The only remark is the WiFi. You see the WiFi - sometimes multiple ones but it’s almost impossible to connect unless one goes to an utmost corner of the apartment. The owner tried to fix it, but it didn’t help, for overseas guests this is a challenge since the costs of local providers are extremely high. Investing in a good router that covers the building would be highly recommended.

Good location, 2min to Publix, 2 min to beach. Super clean, right temperature. Nothing missing from appartment, also kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Beds are ok. Small peaceful garden with tables. Staff is super gentle and helpful. Good wifi

Apt 1 is located next to entrance door and wooden stairs. Apt door has 1 inch cap underneath. You are guaranteed to wake up if somebody takes those stairs! Simply, don't take apt 1.

Excellent place, super clean, very well equipped, our apartment was the smallest yet very nice, great bed, pillows. Great bathroom, shower. And the kitchenette super complete. Great AC. The property has high maintenance and you can tell. Highly recommended for long and short stays. Special thanks to MABEL the woman behind every detail.

Quite a good price as for Miami. We chose the hotel as the first night after a long flight. There is not hotel's parking, but the public parking is just on the other side of the road. If I remember correctly for $1/hour. There are no keys, just codes to enter the building and the room - very comfortable for a few persons families.

A few stairs at the entrance and some people smoked at the entrance (outside).

Great location away from the madness of South Beach. Easy to get to by bus or free Trolley. Shops, bars and restaurants nearby as are beaches. South Beach or Haulover about 20 mins by bus away so its a great location if you are not a night party goer. The apartment is quite small but it had all I needed to cater for myself for a few days. All good.

There was no electric or gas hob so I had to do everything in the microwave so it restricted what I could cook. Not a real problem.

Nice apartment with all the comfort for 3 people. the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary and everting was cleaned. Ok washing machine and drying machine.

The apartment is good for maximum 3 people, we were a family of 4 and the space was just sufficient.

Great apartment. We traveled only as a couple so the apartment was maybe a little large for us. There was everything - almost fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, kettle. There are two TVs, one in the bedroom, another one in the other room. AC was working well. The toilet also includes bidet. Parking spot is available right in front of the building, directly accessible from the street. We had it booked in advance, there are 2 spots available.

Really hard to say and I would have to think about only some miniscule issues. Maybe occasional ants present in the bathroom. The hostess did not speak English, only Spanish, but we actually had no problem with it.

I loved the location of the property. The surrounding bars and cafes were interesting and the people friendly. The facilities included beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella which was amazing. Maribel met us and was very friendly. We booked an additional night through booking.com and Sophia, the manager was very happy to have them reimburse the additional cleaning fee. I would definitely go back and recommend.

There was no where to put clothes. The fridge was quite noisy.

We had a triple room and a studio and we were really happy with the location and the facilities we had. The kitchen is well equipped to have the breakfast and some coffee and the staff is very polite and careful with the guests. Location is great 1 minute from the beach and we had even beach umbrella and chairs provided by accommodation. A few restaurants are just around the corner and the Miami trolley is also just across the street.
