Easy access to park directly across the street from beach! Easy walk through a beautiful park! Small pool but big enough to cool off lots of chairs to relax and around the pool

Has a major road on one side that can cause a lot of noise, the room that we got was directly across from the ice machine, which I thought was great when we needed ice, but not at 5 AM when someone decided to fill a couple of their coolers and all we heard was the ice machine for about 10 minutes. Not the properties fault. But I wouldn’t want the room across from the ice machine again. We were on the back of the hotel, which did make easy access to get out the gate into the alley behind the hotel to walk over to the beach, but it was a horrible view out our window to see an alley with just construction workers cars parked out there, although there were no issues.

It's an old place so don't expect a modernist marvel. The bed was very comfortable, the shower clean with good pressure. The kitchenette saved us money and was clean and practical. The location is wonderful: a quiet part of Miami beach, but close enough to restaurants, cafes, etc. Beach is right across the street, which was perfect. Close enough to stroll over with a mug of coffee and watch the sunrise. I love motels and this place has old fahlshioned, Miami motel vibes. Staff is super friendly and helpful ( not always guaranteed in Miami).

The Apartment was close to north beach Miami which could be reached within 5 minutes. A Publix was reachable with a short drive. It was a safe district and we always felt secure. All beach equipment as sun umbrella, beach towels and beach chairs could be borrowed and were included with the price. The staff was very kind and friendly. It was very clean. The room, kitchen and bath. And there was room cleaning every day!

The room was very damp. No clothes ever got dry. Even the clothes that we did not wear! The table was not suited for 4 people but only 2. the other 2 persons had to sit on the bed to eat. There was only 1 cooking plate, not a single eating plate and no bowl to eat from. But these negative things were not bothering us, because we had a very good time there! The positive things totally made it up!

I really liked the location itself. It is not far away from the Beaches in Miami, but also not too central to be bothersome. I did not use the pool, but other guests seemed to frequent it, so it must be decent. The parking permit is really helpful and there are a handful of parking spots, although it is not a guarantee. If the bathroom are nice and clean, you know they are doing a good job, which was the case!

I feel like the parking spots were not ideally used. Could have been more, but I was lucky. The room itself had a slight smell of old to it, which unfortunately even stuck to some of my clothes. Some parts of the room were not as well cleaned as others, but it was not too bad. The AC was also a bit too loud and some options did not fully work.

We chose this location because it is so close to the beach, and they were able to accommodate our group of 10-12 people. We were given an "apartment" with 3 dbl beds, couch and futon, and a regular room with 2 dbl beds. The apartment has a full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishes you wash before leaving if you use them. The water pressure is good when showering. There is a pool, but we only had to walk 2 blocks to the beach. It is very close to shopping and food. They do have a couple of vending machines in the lobby. Altogether, it wasn't a bad place to stay for the night.

A little rocky start when my son who arrived first (as we told them he would) went to check in and the lady at the desk asked for his credit card and when he asked why, she didnt explain to him it was standard procedure she just told him to step aside and wait and started helping other people. He called me, and I had to call the desk and explain to her that we would be using my card for the room holds, but we were still an hour out and could give her the card. They then let him check in. The two gentlemen that were there during the evening were very nice and helpful.

Short walk to the beach so we don’t have to look for a parking space and save money. They provide umbrella and chairs to bring to the beach which is wonderful. Pool is nice and clean. Staffs are nice and friendly, although some of them can’t speak English. Quiet area. Affordable price. They also Provides utensils, pot and pan, microwave, coffee maker, and Countertop Induction Range….

The place is very close to the beach for a very good price. Miami Beach has a lot of hotels but at very high prices. This hotel is okay, with outstanding staff (the people at the front desk try to help with anything you need; they are fantastic). You can't have great expectations about the room, pool, or anything inside the hotel because the price is a warning. But you only have to walk two blocks to see one of the most beautiful beaches in Miami.

The cleanliness could be better. The place is small. The beds could be queen-sized. Full beds for two people are small.

Very efficient staff, professional, friendly , checking process easy and fast. Rooms clean, basic for short stay. Inside the property very nice layout with clean pool in the middle- cosy appearance of the property inside ,. There was outside anough space for parking secured by cameras. Strong wi-fi connection. Beach just few minutes away by walking through nice park. Publix is very close by- 3 minutes by car to buy grocery. 20 minutes by car to the Ocean drive area.

The outside part of the hotel property looks very unattractive, cheep and not really safe. Clean up around the hotel including leveling parking would give very different first impression. . There is big difference how the hotel appears outside compering entering the property.

close to the beach, just walk 2 min, cross the street and shower available on the beach the room was enough for 2 adults and 2 childrens, and the cleaning was made every day. The swimming pool is good but the water needs more cleaning. Anyway, for the price and the location, this hotel is really good. 30 min from airport, and 20 min from downtown or design district. You got a lot restaurants at 2min.
