I traveled with my family and stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for a week. Our stay was extremely pleasant. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The room was cleaned daily and promotes relaxation. The dolphin mall is within walking distance perfect for shopping and exploring. I highly recommend staying here. You will not regret it.

All amenities were well kept. Clean Facility. Friendly staff. Spacious and Clean Rooms. Facilitated my early check-in at an additional $25. cost which was greatly appreciated since we just came off a cruise. Location is excellent with close proximity to the malls etc.

The floors were wet in the first room we were allocated. We brought it to the attention of the front desk and were quickly transferred to a new room.

The location

The location is excellent. With normal traffic, it's just 15 minutes from Miami International Airport, 35 minutes from Miami Beach, 25 minutes from Brickell, and 40 minutes from Fort Lauderdale (both the airport and outlets). The hotel is also located right across from Dolphin Mall and close to Walmart and several restaurants. It offers free parking, which is always available—a crucial feature since having a place to park is essential in Miami. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, including a microwave, TV, iron, and ironing board.

The design of the shower curtain causes water to splash onto the rest of the bathroom, and some water seeps under the door into the room. However, this is a minor issue compared to all the benefits of staying at this hotel.

The property is well located in terms of short drive to airport and nearby stores,restaurants and the largest retail mall in this part of the city. Its bright and clean facilities with quality fixtures and furnishings.

Our room had a connecting room with extremely noisy families who played loud music and loud talking through late hours and early mornings on all 3 days. The housekeeping service was slow to respond to room service calls and needed multiple reminders for small things like body lotion (empty when we checked in) and coffee pods which were insufficient for 3 days stay. Recommend to avoid rooms with connecting room and get daily housekeeping if your stay in longer, so items are replenished.

They allowed us to check in early which was unexpected but nice! They had a grand little store right there, which we didn’t need but it was convenient and huge if we did. There’s a restaurant as well, which we also did not get a chance to do, but it seemed a bit on the pricey side, though it looks nice and it’s nice to have the option of it being there for a longer trip. The mall being right there is also nice.

It’s time to upgrade the beds and bedding. The mattress and pillows weren’t really comfortable, the blankets are pilling, and they’re kinda thin and cheap.

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Miami Dolphin Mall was fantastic. The hotel is conveniently located near the Dolphin Mall, making it easy for me to shop and dine. The staff was incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The room was clean and spacious, and the amenities were top-notch. I especially enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which served delicious food. Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Modern hotel, nice room, breakfast availability, market, gym, nice pool with towels, great functional infrastructure, big parking lot, next to Dolphin mall.

One guy at the reception doesn't seem to talk and not to be disturbed - he wasn't welcoming and every single piece of information had to be pulled out of his nose. WLAN was not always working. PayTV not available. Cleaning staff and some service staff not able to communicate in English (only Spanish).

Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. Check in and check out process was fast. Great location. Free parking. Nice ambiance. Has a shop open 24/7.

The mattress was a little uncomfortable. Breakfast was good overall, but needs more options. The tables at the restaurant were dirty and the employees would come to clean it (leaving dirty spaces) after we had already sat. I was not allowed to do late check out for a fee, despite being told earlier same day that it was possible.

The folks at the desk were so nice and funny! They listened to me ramble on about our airport experience and welcomed us with a smile and a bottle of water. The restaurant staff and food were excellent! On our way back from cruise, we stayed again because the first time was so great. Agsin, the smiles and food were just as pleasant. We highly recommend this beautiful spot

Our Kurig coffee maker did not work, but that's ok The first stay it did. I loved getting up and having my coffee first thing..
