The accomodation and breakfast. The staf was friendly. It was not the common continental breakfast you get in most hotels. If you don't have transportation you can walk to the Dolphin Mall and Miami International Mall.

I had surgery and was on bed rest for a couple days, so my husband tried to bring me breakfast to the room. The attendant flipped on him and called the police over some breakfast, even though my husband told her my wife had surgery she called my husband a liar. Mind you my husband watched her allowing other people to go with food.

We had been here before and chose it for the size of pool, the fact that very few people use it as many people there are residents and are at work and for it's quiet location. This time, we booked a master suite which was huge and had two TVs. It had a kitchen and washer/dryer and was spotless. The room was cleaned daily. Free parking! It is close to the Everglades, downtown Miami and the airport.

There is a valet service so you feel bad if you don't tip every e time you want your car. However, they were always quick to bring the car and you can text them to have it ready.

The friendly staff responded quickly and efficiently to our requests. Good breakfast. Very fast elevator. Washing machine and dryer in the room.

Location is great for shoppers. Within walking distance of bed bath and beyond, dollar store, pet co ,office depo, burlington and Miami International Mall. There are a few bus routes that pass outside of the hotel more importantly the free Doral trolley that can take you to publix, walmart etc. Dophin Mall is a long stroll or short bus ride away. The room had a washing machine and kitchen. Breakfast was included and provided a good variety. There are a few restaurants that are close by. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The sound insulation was not good, I could hear the neighbours fighting.

First of all big thanks for the kindness, helpful and great Staff of Hotel especially as named of following persons: to Miriam, to Adriana, and to Alejandro 🙂 Everything was perfect. Location was perfect because each important things like Airport, Dolphin Outlet, Macy’s, big Malls, Target, Miami Beach were very closed to the Hotel. We also like the Valet Parkong service of the Car. It was amazing too🙂

I can’t say anything here because everyting were fine & perfect.

My personal favourite was the pool. It was nice and clean and I loved the bar beside the pool. I found the area to be nice and the staff of the suite were nice. Overall I enjoyed my experience and would recommend it to other people

I feel like the communication between the staff was difficult but other than that it was perfect
