I really liked the location, front desk as well as food and beverage staff were really helpful, attentive, courteous and professional. The room was clean and taken care of.

The housekeeping staff could have been provided better assistance. I had to ask for coffee for my room several times and only 1 time I was given regular coffee. I was told by the staff that all they had was decaf. I specifically remember asking the front desk if I could get coffee for my room at about 1130 and they called on the radio for coffee be brought to my room. I was not even contacted until 3:30 and then they told me they only had decaf. There was a language barrier so really it was just a point to the decaf and shrug shoulders with a half frown face….. I was there for almost a week so 3 regular coffees for my room during that time was unacceptable.

A perfect place for visiting Miami, good location, staff at reception so helpful, such as Andres, who knows how to listen and solve doubts to Customer. Carlos the manager, gave us some tips for visiting Miami and listened to our complaints about breakfast. Happy hour every day from 16-17:30, where you can taste a fresh beer or wine while you chat with the barman Jose, attentive and very pleasant. Special mention to Julio, one of the bellmen, who accompanied us to the room from the garage, showing us the way and helping with the luggage. The room contains a full kitchen and 2 x big TVs. On 3rd floor you can enjoy the pool and gym of the hotel. If you are traveling with children, ask at reception for the pass for the community pools, where there are water slides and various games for the little ones, everything is free, at the hotel's expense. The hotel has its own parking, although it costs $38/day, it has several floors and it is easy to get to the rooms from it. The room was cleaned every day and you could change or ask for more towels without any problem. About a 10-minute walk away there is a shopping area where you can have lunch/dinner or buy something at Publix.

Breakfast is scarce and not very varied, it is run by two older ladies, who are not very friendly with customers. You do not have hot milk or microwave, which makes it difficult to heat some milk for the little ones. The hotel pool is not bad but the water was a bit dirty, the pool shower didn't work either. The shower in the room does not have a door and you have to be careful while taking a shower so as not to fill the bathroom with water. The room has a sofa bed, but it is not very comfortable.

The front desk was very accommodating

I traveled with three dogs and Booking.com did not say that the hotel had a one dog per room policy. I drove 13 hours from North Carolina to find out that they only have one dog policy. I wish your website would coordinate with Marriott. It was very disappointing. Accommodate my small dogs

John who was the front desk agent was simply outstanding. He took care of all of our needs and made the stay really easy. The pool is small but good enough if you aren’t expecting a proper vacation resort type pool experience. Brilliant accommodating our needs over Shabbat as Jewish observant family.

The same at every hotel. Never enough towels when you are there as a family. Also they knew we are coming as a family and didn’t make up the sofa beds in advance.

We liked the location and visitng the community center water park with our little guy.

Rooms are definitely not sound proof even though they were advertised that way. There is a lot of noise from the hallway that enters the rooms and the "blackout" curtains are still pretty bright at night. There was no bathtub in the room either.

The problem was that is was far from downtown or south beach with no adequate transportation. This is the only problem You have to take an uber or rent a car

In room toaster, fridge were appreciated! Coffee maker was nice to have. Decent breakfast. Appreciated the always available hot water, coffee and orange flavored water! Walking distance to a Publix store. Good to grab some shopping and store in the fridge in your room.

$30 destination fee - silly. Just include it in the daily room price! Onsite charges for water - ridiculous! $4 for a 17oz bottle and $10 for a Large bottle (bit crazy). One suggestion - breakfast was nice but to eat it outside was a problem. That is MOST people had both hands full and trying to open the doors to get outside was a pain! Would be nice to have a push button inside by the door to touch that would automatically open the doors.

Very clean, great location, nice staff, good food, free chairs and towels to take to beach, nice pool . Bar at the pool to order food or drinks.

The $30 per night destination fee that wasn't included in the booking .com price I was told I was gonna pay. Said taxes and fees included but that fee was extra. Also parking was ridiculous. It was $38 per night and no valet. You had to get your own vehicle.

Location was great and the beach impeccable. Within walking distance to local shops and restaurants. I also appreciated that we were off the beaten path, but a quick ride from the nightlife.

The room was comfortable but cramp. I would have been better off in a room without the kitchenette. A love seat or chair would have been preferred, especially after a long walk. I will keep that in mind next time I book and make the request.

I really liked the customer service , Anna at the reception was wonderful , very courteous and attentive . the barbecue by the pool attendee very friendly , and Jose front the bar was amazing , this was a great choice for our couples retreat . the breakfast was ok and the location was awesome , we had dinner at a little Italian restaurant near by called specchio cafe , there is also a public near by . really enjoyed the open bar with complementary drinks from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm . the room was very clean and there were always clean towels by the pool . I recommend this gem , will stay again . thank you

the $38.00 i think is a bit overpriced
