The condo/apartment was huge. The beds were so comfy. The apartment was clean and spacious. The pool was soooo warm and hot tub really hot! Staff really couldn’t do enough for you and so friendly and helpful. 7 mins to Disney 11 mins to Walmart So many restaurants and shops close by walking and driving. Free safe parking All facilities on site free.

The bathroom and the kitchen a little bit dated but that’s just cosmetic! the rooms a little dark not much light as I guess we were on the north side with trees over terrace. heating and air con a challenge to figure out but we asked in end! An airer for clothes would have been perfect!

Do not like that our room was facing art 535. Too much road noise that kept us awake. We only had few hours of sleep due to daylight savings time and the time we had to be at work. We did not sleep at all.

Lovely home from home. Great kitchen set up and BBQ easy to use. Perfect location for Disney- 10 minutes by Uber to all attractions. Wonderfully cooling (but not too cold) pool for the hot days. Clean pool towels available at no extra cost. TV in each room which was good, good washer and dryer. Staff were lovely and responsive.

We stayed 10 days and there was no cleaning service in that time- even a quick floor mop and toilet clean would have been better. Only other thing was that a fitness centre and children’s play area are listed as facilities and neither are there.

The apartment was meticulously clean and very spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. Boats are provided for free for canoeing.

The pool is a bit small although in the mornings I could swim there entirely alone. The restroom by the pool is nog really clean and messy with paper on the ground.

The setting is beautiful - on the edge of a lake (with boats to borrow), with a wonderful view. There was a pool, and jacuzzi that also overlooked the lake and were excellent. The apartments were very clean and excellently fitted out - with almost all you could need. They were quiet and cool in the hot weather too! We love the fact that the resort itself was quite small, and so felt personal and quiet. We were only 15 minutes drive from the Disney world, and there were shops and restaurants even closer!

The only thing that would have improved if for this brit would have been a kettle! But I made do with a pan on the stove.

I enjoyed having a safe space for our family to relax. My sons enjoyed fishing while I sat in the hot tub. I could easily keep an eye on them for all beach activities. The location was quiet and a great escape from the busy theme parks. We cooked meals during our stay and did laundry too.

The kitchen needs measuring cups.

We like the close proximity to the Disney parks. The room was clean and comfortable. And the view of the lake was very nice.

The water heater in the unit was entirely too small, and there was not enough hot to take back to back showers for 2 people. And it would’ve been nice if there had been a shuttle to the Disney parks.

Beautifully located hotel with self-service apartments. Apartment was very comfy and spacious. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room. Well equipped. Very comfortable bed. Very big and comfortable kitchen. Close to the main road. Located by the lake, it has a swimming pool. Really nice place. I corresponded with the hotel for a month trying to recover the deposit amount, but unnecessarily. It turned out that the hotel only pre-authorized the card and did not charge us. Sorry for the misunderstanding :-)

Everything was ok.

Room was large and clean. Kitchen facilities seemed adequate but we did not use them for the one night we stayed. We did use the nice pool and water sports offered. This is a great resort for families in a good location for the use of the parks in the area.

Our unit was only two doors from a very busy roadway. The traffic noise was bad all night. I would recommend requesting a unit away from the highway near the pool area.

My room was like a little apartment. It was so cute and comfortable! The bed and pillows were among the best I've slept on when traveling. It was peaceful and quiet and the unit had everything I needed. If I ever come to Orlando again, this is where I will stay.

I did not require housekeeping my first few days and left the "do not disturb sign out." When I decided I would like some fresh towels, I took the sign down hoping for service, but there was none. Probably an oversight. Shampoo but no conditioner (I had my own). I had also hoped to be able to walk to another nearby hotel and to restaurants, but there are not a lot of sidewalks here.
