Overall it was a very good experience. The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable and spacious and there was a lot of parking options. It is very close to the main Disney Parks.

Although similar to most American hotels, the breakfast could definitely improve. The pastry was not fresh, the hot options were not great, some fruits were definitely canned fruits. The hot beverages were only coffee and water.

Mostly everything was great! The rooms were clean, the breakfast area was spacious, the pool was fantastic, and the location was perfect. The breakfast selection was very extensive: Disney-themed waffles, fruit, eggs, meats, cereals, etc. We spent a lot of time in the beautiful pool area. The hotel was located just outside of the Disney property making it easy to enjoy Disney Springs and the parks. I HIGHLY recommended this property!!!

There was a group of visitors in the pool area that were very loud and noisy. They were making lots of noise and yelling just outside our window such that we couldn't go to sleep. I was disappointed that the hotel staff did not do anything about it as it was about 1am.

Everything was simply perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful, since the time that we arrived until the last minutes of our stay. The bedroom are very comfy, and make you fell like home, it has everything that we need. The utilities offered were very good too. The breakfast has different options and what’s really well served. For families or even couples that expect to spend some days near Disney World and Universal Studios, or even just want to spend a fell days in Orlando my first recommendation certainly will the Fairfield in Flaming Crossings, the location is strategic for every Disney park, has restaurants and markets around that make everything easier.

It wasn't mentioned before hand that they would need to hold $20 on a credit card in order for me to check in. As a foreign guest such information is important as I didn't have any cards on me, only cash. This delayed my checking in process by a few hours. Please let guests know before hand Thank you.

It's a great option for your money. Check-in/check-out went smoothly in minutes. The hotel/lobby area is exceptionally clean and nice. There's a huge parking lot and a garage, so you can always find a place to park. The room was standard size, but clean and tidy. If you're staying there, definitely check out the pool: it's great to spend some time after travel there, and they keep it warm. There's a bar by the pool with reasonable prices (and even a happy hour in the evening!). Breakfast is great! They offer oatmeal, cereal, scramble eggs, bacon, sausages, bagels, muffins, and famous Mickey Mouse waffles. I'm honestly surprised why this hotel has only 2 stars, but good reviews on all major websites convinced me to try, and it turned out really good. The hotel is very close to parks - 10 min to Amimal Kingdom or Magic Kingdom. They even offer complimentary shuttle.

There was an issue with closing the door. It wasn't always closing automatically because of the deadbolt not going inside the door. We couldn't close the door and even called the maintenance, but then figured out the trick how to fix it when it happens. It's not a big deal, really.

Location is everything, well this hotel is in a great location for Disney World. You never have to leave their roadways to get to one of their parks or Disney Springs. It is located 5 minutes from Disney Coronado. The hotel is also located right next door to shops, restaurants, pharmacy, coffee shops, retail, everything you need is right there. My daughter and I found this area, Flamingo Drive several years ago and love the area and hotels located there. We have watched this area grow with brand new hotels and this shopping area.

This area has grown so fast, it is difficult getting off the 429 to get here. They need a light positioned there. Just one negative about the hotels, they charge for parking. There is parking everywhere and they want to charge you for it. They do have a garage if you want, but I feel if you are handicapped or park outside, you should not be charged. On another note. This stay was booked through Booking.com, they did not charge me for parking. We did love that. Thank you, Booking.com.

The location is great as it’s in the new Flamingo Crossings area. Within walking distance is a Starbucks, Dunkin, Skyline Chili, Target, Firehouse, and more!! The area is beautiful and traffic was light. It is also a 20 minute drive max to the Disney parks. I could tell the hotel was new which I liked.

Breakfast was exactly the same the first 2 days and only slightly different the 3rd day. Food was very average and gets crowded quickly. The coffee bar was sub par. Parking near the hotel is scarce, but there is a parking garage nearby. Parking is $10 a night which I didn’t like. There’s no business room to work from and the wifi/cell service in the rooms is trash, so your best bet is working from the loud lobby. They say housekeeping comes every other day, but they did not clean our room in the 3 nights we stayed. It’s pretty slack to pay for a hotel and not have your bed made and fresh towels delivered every day.

Overall, a good hotel. Price-quality. Quite new and clean. There is a shuttle to Disneyland. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as Target.

But there is one thing. The hotel does not have room service, although this service is offered everywhere. In the evening, I tried to clarify this issue at the reception, Dillon works there. He said that he was not sure if the service was working and that I should go down and order on the spot. At the same time, he asked me to repeat the question three times. In the end, I went down, but it turned out that I was 5 minutes late and the kitchen was no longer working. It is strange that the employee does not know how the service works and until what time. As a result, my 9-year-old son went to bed hungry after a tiring day at Disneyland.

When I entered the door, I was greeted with a friendly smile & a welcoming voice. Check-in was super fast & the directions to my room were very easy to follow. When I return to the area, I will be making reservations at this facility. Perfection, courteous staff, & over the top cleanliness. The huge shower was so refreshing, the lighting in the bathroom as well as the room was perfect. Also, the breakfast provided was amazing with so many items to choose from. This is definitely the place to stay if you are looking for a relaxing environment.

Don't change anything, nothing could have been any different. This place is what perfection feels like. I will be staying at this facility in the future when I return to the area. You can't go wrong staying here.

Breakfast was great! Location is perfect if want to stay off Disney property, you're only 10-15 minutes from just about everything. We've been coming to Flamingo Crossings since 2021 when it shortly opened and have been back to stay there four times, that's how much we like the location. Staff is friendly, facility is always clean, just a great place to stay if going to Disney!

You had to pay for parking each night you stayed. I thought it was included in the price so was disappointed but it didn't ruin my stay there at all.
