The location and accommodations were excellent

For a hotel of that quality I felt kinda angry of not having a good hot breakfast or even complimentary coffee either in the lobby or in room.

1. The room was consistently clean, and the room service was provided daily. 2. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. 3. The hotel's location was fantastic, situated in the heart of the International Drive road, directly in front of the Orlando ICON. 4. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and supportive throughout our stay. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future. I highly recommend it to family and friends.

Last year we stayed at a hotel on International Drive that was uncomfortable, unclean and unsafe. However this hotel was the complete opposite. All the staff where amazing- in the gift shop, the bar/restaurant, reception team and cleaners. The rooms where amazing and we had great sleep every night. We had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. The pool area was a bonus- really relaxing after a long day at the parks. Thank you for a great stay- we’ll 100% be coming back.

The location was great right across the street from ICON Park and a lot of eating places also about 5 miles from Florida Mall

It had no microwave in room but you can use the one in the lobby. Only problem was the cleaning lady I ask for room to be cleaned the second day because husband spilled some coffee on bed and pillow case. when we can back to room later that day the only thing she did was make bed with same sheets and stain. I found the lead housekeeper and told her and she had it correct with No problem.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. Hotel hallways and our room were very comfortable Me and my wife loved the bed. The quilt was nice and soft. It was the best sleep we had in a long time. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the downtown area of Orlando.

Our only gripe was we were charged twice for our stay.

The staff was extremely jokey, welcoming, friendly and helpful. I think his name was John I think he was a foreign guy. Not so sure can't remember but he was helpful and patient with me. The room was bigger than what I expected. Very comfy good area because it seems to be the Hotspot on intl drive. That's where it all happens.

Only thing I didn't like was no continental breakfast at least for the price i paid for 1 night.

I had a very short but sweet stay the staff were very friendly everything was clean! There is a restaurant and bar. I didn’t get to eat anything but I had a drink at the bar. The room was clean and the beds were super comfy. The only issues I had was the toilet a bid low and the tv was not a smart television I wanted to watch some Netflix! Lol but I didn’t have time anyways! This hotel was close to most things and I would definitely book it again!

The rooms were really clean, all of the staff members were super friendly and helpful, and the location was amazing! We would stay here again. For the money, you really cannot beat it. Pool area is amazing too!

The only thing I wished I had was a coffee maker in my room, but the coffee from the little shop in the lobby was amazing and well worth it!

I love that the room is not carpeted. The room and bathroom were both spacious.

I DID NOT like that the hotel does not give a parking tag to display on the windshield and enforces it. The people from the amusement park across the street were parking there. We as paying guests had to park in the back at the very very end.
