Property was clean, staff was friendly. Bob the bar tender was excellent. He was amazing, friendly. He told great stories and even danced a little.

During breakfast bacon was not displayed like all the other food options were. Patron had to go to the grille and request bacon. No valet parking Yet there was self parking. At check in i asked if there was a fee for parking and was told no, because its self parking only. When i received my final receipt i have 4 charges of $22.00 for self parking. I was charged each day i was on the party that i paid to stay. There was no other place to park. My problem with that was when i called the front desk, i was told they have signs of the fee posted all over the property and on booking.com. That was a lie. No signs were posted at the facility nor on booking.com

- Room was very spacious with a very comfy bed! - Breakfast was good with a good variety including hot food, waffles, fruit and yoghurts. - Hotel was very clean. - Pool and hot tub were open till late meaning we could use these after a day at Universal Studios. - Two free drinks per person per night were a great unexpected extra. - Within walking distance to some local restaurants including TGI Fridays. A great value hotel for someone going to the theme parks, just remember to factor in shuttle or taxi costs!

- Parts of the hotel felt a little worn or dated. It's not white and crisp if that's what you're after, but it was very clean and perfectly usable just not super modern!

Very pleasure. The breakfast buffet was very good with a chef making a delicious omelet. The pool was perfect for someone who doesn't want a pool resort, inside and out was great. The room is very spacious. Easy location so you can walk to a few places without needing a car.

One thing I didn’t like was that the room had a bit of a smell, which seemed like mold or wet carpet.

I love the fact that the embassy has full breakfast service, makes you really feel like you are getting what you paid for. So much better than the regular continental breakfast. We were within walking distance of a lot of places, and if we wanted to venture out further we could use the trolley, instead of moving our vehicle. They allow pets, but we did not hear barking all day long.

I enjoyed everything during my stay. I have nothing to complain about.

The room was large and clean, check in was quick and easy. Complimentary drinks and snacks at 5 pm was nice. Staff were really pleasant as a whole. Breakfast was good, had a decent selection.

The outdoor pool was always dirty, asked for it to be cleaned which never happened so I did it myself ( twice ) with the skimmer. Indoor pool floor was really dirty and desperate for a clean. Shower pressure was really weak. Also had a convention in, which I would of liked to have been notified as this took over the hotel.

Housekeeping did a wonderful job in our room before and during our stay. Provided us with extra towels like we asked. Staff was super helpful and nice during our stay.

Upon our stay we did find that the shower was clogged. Showering was a little tricky only because the water kept rising as we showed. Called and got it fixed! Our room was very very warm. But the hotel itself felt warm so I didn’t know if it was just the temperature.

Great location, very nice hotel, with hot tube and indoor pool. Complementary breakfast is amazing, with omelets done at the moment from the chef. Great place at a very good value, especially considering it's on international drive.

Hot tube/indoor pool should be adult only past 9pm: there were kids literally screaming all time, until the pool closed.

Very comfortable bed and spacious room.

The balcony was just a sliding glass door with a metal rail in front of it, you couldn't really even step outside!(we paid extra for that) Not enough control over the room temperature. Water didn't get hot in the shower and the hot tub was ice cold.

I loved the location! The hotel was surrounded by a lot of amazing restaurants and activities to do on international. easy walking distance to most things. the feee breakfast was also one of the best free breakfasts we ever had. it was also amazing that they gave us free happy hour coupons to get drinks throughout our stay.

the only downsides to the property would have to be some of the amenities were not working. The inside jacuzzi was taped off, the ice machine didn’t work on our floor, the phone in the room was broken, and house cleaning only cleaned our room twice throughout the week stay. Other than those minor details it was an overall great stay!

Have stayed at Embassy suites several times. Friendly service, excellent breakfast and refreshments, and clean atmosphere. I love the layout of the suites and the fact that the bedroom has a separate door. Very quiet surroundings despite a very busy weekend with children running down the hallways.

The last two times I have stayed the gate to exit and enter the property as a guest doesn’t work and now they charge for parking nightly. The elevators are very slow and one has been not been in use for a while.
