Love how welcoming the staff and the place it selfs it was with christmas decore and stuff! The breakfast 10/10 .. the room was super clean and comfortable for me and my family! We definitely are gonna stay again with them. I did have a situation where my husband forgot his phone on the property, and when housekeeping went to clean their room, they found it and the assistant manager Kyle reach out to me about it, and they are going to ship it to me since I live in Texas, I will have to say an excellent customer service exceeding expectations and beyond.

The water pressure on the shower was low is the only thing that me personally prefer to have a lot of pressure and enjoy a really hot shower after a long day of walking on Disney.

Room is very nice and clean and large. Staffs are very friendly and welcoming. We stayed there 4 nights and they cleaned our room everyday unlike many hotels not cleaning the room until we requested them so. Location is excellent near outlet mall and many dine-in and fast food restaurants. We highly recommend this hotel in Orlando.

I liked the location of the property. It wasn’t too far from Disney and it was easy to find. The staff was super friendly.

I didn’t like how my reservation was made for 6 and the room service only left 3 towels. Both nights there we had to ask for the extra towels. I did leave a note for the room service to leave 6 towels and they just chose not to.

I recently stayed one night at this hotel and was impressed by the exceptional service. Margarita in the lobby maintained an impeccable standard of cleanliness and was always friendly. She takes pride in her work. The cafeteria experience was outstanding, thanks to the manager and server who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant breakfast experience. The food was amazing as well! Location unbeatable.

the cleaning, of the room and the bathroom, the beds, the breakfast (you have to request it with a waiter, and there are options to combine, it is not what you want. It is not like serving yourself what you want, you have to combine. information would be good if they let the passengers know

I would like to inform you that my stay had paid for 4 breakfasts and when I arrived at the hotel the receptionist who was there gave me a "voucher" with only 2 breakfasts, the person who was at the hotel that night wanted to charge me more than 2 breakfasts, each one for $15. Alleging that what Booking.com offers is wrong, and when some write it is "special requests" that is answered by Booking.com. they are not responsible for anything. I had to show her the messages they wrote me “from the hotel” so that she would understand. Now I ask: if she wants to charge breakfast to each passenger, where does that extra money go? ….

I loved how clean the property was. It was very quiet at night and we all slept very soundly. They made my birthday weekend extra special by putting balloons and happy birthday decorations up in addition to leaving a card for me. I thought it was so sweet and made my day upon entering the hotel.

There was nothing we didn’t like honestly.

I was pleasantly surprised that hotel was very simply laid out, lovely cafe and staff esp the lady taking orders n serving had great attitude. The location is near to Disney n Mall is 15mins away by car too. Rooms are simple n have all necessities. Hotel can add a spa, quick salon and some convenience store too. Most impo- Value for money !

Great hotel, everything brand new, so clean, friendly staff, fresh coffee as courtesy all day in the front desk, delicious breakfast I really enjoyed a pleasant stay

It was not an issue for me, but notice that breakfast is not continental or buffet style, but per voucher per person Delicious and fresh meal

This is a great option to stay in Orlando, its location is really convenient, you can get to the parks (Disney, Universal, Seaworld) about 10 to 15 min drive. The hotel its right next to the Orlando Premium Outlets and you can find different restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable and clean.

I only wish they included the breakfast…

This is our 5th time staying at this hotel, we love staying here as our in between resorts hotel. It’s comfortable, affordable, clean, perfect location to Disney and universal, and the staff is always top notch! If we were not Disney vacation club members and we wanted to stay off property for a trip this would be the place to stay! They even have shuttles to magic kingdom, Disney springs, and Universal studios/CityWalk! I’d definitely recommend this to a family on a budget looking for a great off property hotel!

We never have any complaints about this place! Top notch hotel!
