The hotel is 5min drive to the entrance of Disney World (20 min by car to the TTC) so it is perfect as a starting point for Disney parks. The location is very clean, rooms are specious and very well equipped. Pool is heated and big enough to accommodate the guests that want to relax. For the breakfast you have options from where to choose and it’s a big plus if you want to grab something quick before going to the parks early in the morning. The personal is helpful. For us it was the second stop on a longer vacation and it was very good that there is a room where you can wash and dry your clothes for only 6$. Overall it was perfect for our stay in Orlando.

Relatively new accommodation so all facilities are in good shape. Everything is very clean as well. Room was well layed out with a separate kitchen and seating area. Nice gym area and swimming pool as well. The hotel is located across the flamingo Centre which is a new area with restaurants and shopping/supermarkets. So well located. All in all a perfect stay.

Nothing really. Although the breakfast area can be crowded during peak hours but plenty of space to find your seating. Choice of breakfast was also good.

If you’re planning on going to any of the Disney parks, the location of this hotel is perfect!! Our room was beautiful! We had 2 queen beds separate from the living room as well as a kitchen. Complementary breakfast which included Mickey waffles! There was something for the whole family to eat! The only thing that was a negative to us, especially because of having small children, was that we were next to the pool (which was very cute but nothing spectacular) They had music on most of the time! Our first night the music played until 11PM! The following night we knew what to expect so our friend who was also staying at the hotel just asked the front desk if they could turn it off and they did with no questions! Over all this stay was wonderful would definitely recommend especially if you plan on going to any of the Disney parks!

Wonderful off beaten path community is under development seems like but new stores are in process Target near and several places to eat close. The hotel is very clean and our room was nice and roomy for family of 4. Front desk check in was very friendly evening shift. Breakfast was good could use more items like grits, keishes but other than that it was good no complaints. Will definately stay here again as we will be traveling to Orlando in the near future.

Everything! From the esthetics to the breakfast buffet to the friendly front desk staff all great!Mist of all I’d like to commend the excellent staff working around the clock to maintain this property looking like new. Saw painters touching up scuff marks, power washers cleaning the floors, dusting ceiling fixtures … it was unlike anything I’ve ever seen. Excellent job!!

Thermostat is not user friendly. It took a few tries before we could understand how to get it to the right cool temperature.

The hotel was brand new and spotless! The suites were spacious and extremely well appointed! We were visiting family, but its proximity to the Disney Parks would be a huge bonus in the future! We did go to Disney Springs for dinner and it was easy and quick! An added bonus is all the dining options and a Target in walking distance.

Honestly, everything was excellent! The only even slight bummer was the pool was so heavily chlorinated that our eyes were burning after a few hours of swimming. But I guess that's the tradeoff for a "family friendly" stay! The other thing for families to be aware of is our room didn't have a bathtub. Not a big deal for us since our son is bigger but for a family with tiny tots that might be a challenge.

Wished for a later breakfast ending time. Saw several patrons turned away from breakfast for arriving a bit later than the 9:30am cut off… seems like it should go until 10:30 since checkout isn’t until 11am.

Very spacious room, very clean! The beds were very comfortable, the toiletries were very nice, the kitchen was usable! I haven't slept that well in a long time at a hotel. I feel like for the money, I got a lot more than I thought I was going to get. I have most definitely paid a lot more and got a lot less in return. The breakfast was also very good along with the coffee! I cannot say enough great things about this place, I will definitely be staying here again!

There was an alignment issue with the shower door, which prevented it from opening outward. This wasn't a huge problem, but when you open the shower door inward, the door blocks the valve to turn the shower on and the shower head is behind you... so you have to close the door to turn the shower on which soaks you with cold water until the water gets warm. A maintenence worker could have fixed this in 5 minutes, but it was never that big of a deal to me to bring it up!

The hotel is perfectly located to explore Orlando and Disney World and its facilities are really good. The rooms are very ample and they have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lots of utensils are provided to cook in the room and the kitchen area is large and easy to move around. We also enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was abundant and good quality.

I don't think there was anything specific, we felt the staff could've been a bit more welcoming at times but everyone was helpful and provided a good service, anyway.

Reception emailed me on the day saying if they didn’t receive the booking deposit payment by 6pm they would cancel my booking of all 3 rooms. We were still flying at this point and never arrived at the hotel till 9pm. The receptionist was extremely rude saying we were lucky she hadn’t cancelled the booking. I did explain we were flying so didn’t get the email. Not a great start to our stay. Then explained they had my card that I’d booked with. Then when checking out they charged me extra on 1 room for one night and blamed booking.com so I had to pay it. Breakfast was not great very basic.
