Breakfast was excellent. A large variety of food. The mikey mouse waffles were great.

The lobby Staff could've been more friendly. I asked info on transportation to Disney, and no much info was provided.

Didn't want to leave. The room was spacious, the staff was kind and helpful and joyful! The bed was great!

Only thing I didn't like that was really not that big of deal. The TV was not working due to the connection and it took me going to the front desk a couple of times. You also have to ask for house keeping to clean room if staying for several days, but that maybe standard. Either way, compared to how great stay, location, and staff was- nothing of much importance!

Room was huge and had a lot of commodities. Everything was clean. Breakfast selection was nice, although it could be a little bit better.

Two of the five nights that I stayed there wasn't any parking available. I had to park in the street and I was worried something would happen to the rental car.

I always booked with Marriott brands specially Residence inn because it has a fully functioning kitchen suitable for group vacations. The rooms were clean. It was a busy week during Memorial weekend. Plenty of breakfast options: bagels, bread, eggs, sausages, waffle etc.

When we checked in at 10pm, pillows didnt have pillow cases, no towels, face cloth and rags in the 2 bathrooms. They must have forgotten to replace it.

Our room was clean. The pool was perfect, we loved the outdoor grills, fire pit and games outside. Breakfast was always hot and delicious. While there isn’t a huge variety every day it was perfect for a continental breakfast and not having to stress about feeding my family first thing in the morning made it that much better! The staff were all friendly and accommodating.

The hallways are dated so because of that there was an odor and the elevators are very slow.

This place was super clean! The cleanliness felt as if I was staying in a Disney resort. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will absolutely stay here again! Breakfast each morning was filling and hot, and the Disney waffles definitely put us in a festive mood to start the day!

The only complaint I had was one day we were there it was raining very heavily and the window by the bed was leaking so bad we had to use the towels to clean up the windowsill and floor and bed got wet.

Breakfast was amazing. Very organized and staff was helpful.

An hour before check out, the housekeeping lady came into our room. We had the please come back sign on the door. That didn't not sit right with me. If check out is at a certain time; it's obvious that the customer knows that. We don't need housekeeping just coming in when I was getting my kids' dress and straighten the room.

Pretty good location, close to SeaWorld, Universal and Disney, the price is good comparing to the other hotels in the region and also offers breakfast, the rooms have kitchen, comfortable beds and enough space.

The rooms are cleaned just each other day and they didn't clean the bathtub. The free wifi internet is pretty slow and the paid fast internet is expensive to use daily. The TVs in the rooms aren't smart tvs. The breakfast has limited options and the menu is the same every day. The free shuttle to Disney has just 2 trips in the morning and only to Magic Kingdom(9:25am) and Hollywood Studios (10:40am).

Room and hotel very clean , bed and pillows super comfortable, location was great , close to everything , shops , parks , restaurants , outlet mall. Breakfast was very good , coffee was great ! We will be sure to stay here again in the future. Good to know hotel is pet friendly (we did not travel with our dog this time , but happy to know it is pet friendly for future stays ). Thank you !

I loved that breakfast was included and it was much better than the surrounding hotel's. The mickey waffles made it! The rooms were spacious with comfy beds and better than staying on property in Disney. It reminded be of the suites that they have at The Beach and Yacht Club. The staff was really friendly and offered us a free drink at the pool bar. We loved that parking was included and how easy it all was. We will definitely be back.
