The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout the entire stay. The room was clean and tidy and the hotel was in an optimal location.

The bed in the bedroom was noisy and it was a little too soft. The dryer was noisy, and the agitator in the washer was loose. The elevator took too long to arrive after calling it.

Housekeeping was nice. Pool view with balcony.

Was not please with breakfast attendant very rude and short. She put my money on the counter and slid it to me. We asked for our breakfast there and she put it in a brown paper bag Sat it on the counter and proceeded to work. Front desk attendant on 1129 wasn't pleasant this trip I told her that my girls and I we're locked out of our room before checkout she was very nonchalant and did not have an explanation to why I couldn't get on my room.

Big, well equipped room with a lot of space. There were enough plugs for all the chargers. It was easy to find parking spot by the hotel. The location of the hotel is good if you want to visit the parks or the surrounding places of interests. Overall it was a good stay.

The furnitures and the equipments are a bit outdated and the rooms may need some deep cleaning. The room had a bit of an unpeasant humid smell which had to be vented out. The room was basically cold, we had to heat up, but the AC was really loud that we had to turn it down for sleeping. There are not many restaurants in walking distance, you should go out if you are looking for something more than a basic breakfast.

Nice toom, good size. Greeted well at start. Good kitchenette with crockery and cutlery provided. Easy parking. Good location.

Breakfast was not worth having, tasteless and limited. Our toilet blocked in early hours of morning and overflowed. Unceremoniously given plunger and left to get on with it. Had to use our bath towels to mop up floor, not good customer service at this point,!

The location and it was very quiet. The customer service was wonderful.

the sofa needs cleaning and there was vomit spot beside the bed/dresser.

Interesting property. It felt like a Condo. The lobby was nice. The check in went well. They were short staffed at check-in. It took a half hour to get my turn. Getting help for a cart took a while. I had to move rooms because the button for the fifth floor was broken. I got relocated to 7th floor and it was fine. Room was large and comfortable, Bed was extra firm. Not my preference, but good. The pool was exceptional. Nice large size with plenty of chairs. The pool bar served good food at a reasonable price. I will look at this hotel again when I go to Orlando.

The Elevators in the right side tower were broken. One was not working at all and the other one was not working properly. Sometimes we went up to go down. It was a a considerable bummer.

The property was very nice and clean a great location to go to just about anywhere. Staff was very polite and very attentive

For it to be such a nice property breakfast was very lacking if you have to pay for it I should receive a good meal.

We have been to The Point several times and have never been disappointed. This time we requested a room at the first level, close to the Cabana Pool Bar, which was nicely accommodated by the front desk manager, Tiffany. Tiffany interacted with us many times during our stay and was the perfect hostess, always very cheerful and professional. The night front desk manager, Bertha, was also very helpful and genuinely cared about doing the best she could to make our visit the best it could be. Wytre, who also worked at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The bartenders YoMayra and Javier are the best, both very knowledgeable and very good people. Jomira is a sweetheart and Javier is a character. We also had a few occasions to speak to the Hotel Manager, Nathan, who was very personable but very professional when it came to addressing some minor concerns we had which he immediately resolved. We also met Therion, who handles hotel maintenance, who was also very personable and very funny. We met T.J., who handles nighttime security, who we noticed was very structured and comprehensive in his routine, but also very personable and witty. At the Lobby Barista, Zeneida prepared our food, while Pablo did the cooking. Both were very nice and made sure that we were very happy with the food and service. Housekeeping was very sensitive to privacy, very flexible and actually helped hold the side door of the hotel when we were leaving. Overall, we look forward to returning soon, since it always feels like visiting a second family!

Location was really good, close to I-drive and only 15 min drive from downtown Orlando. A lot of parking spaces too. The staff were great - Mark the bartender went beyond the call of duty to provide a great service, as did Javier. Unlike a lot of other hotels, Cabana Bar has really affordable and tasty menu options

A weird one, but the music playlist by the pool was awful - 3/4 songs on a loop for the entire week. I also didn’t have my room cleaned the whole time I was there, though there seemed to be a policy regarding this.

One very large bed in bedroom plus lounge with kitchinette. Included fridge / freezer, washing machine and tumble drier, dish washer, cooker and micro. Dishes were adequate - just! I was really pleased that the speakers had been removed from our pool side balcony. The endless music last time we stayed was not nice. It seems other people agreed with me!! The appartment and the hotel were well maintained and very clean. The hotel staff were all friendly and cheerful.

It's location was a bit far from International drive facilities particularly the buses. Ideal if you have a car, but we didn't. The half mile walk to and from the bus stop was rather boring after the first few days. I guess that was reflected in the price we paid.
