We held our wedding at the hotel and they did an AMAZING job!!! The view from the lobby is stunning and it was the same for our reception. The staff was excellent the food for our wedding was EXCELLENT as well. Kudos to the chef. The pool is a great spot and the lazy river is so relaxing. The bar by the pool was great as was the bartenders manning it. The pizzas from the cafe were delicious (we ordered 20 of them and they were all done and hot at the same time!!). All of our wedding guests had an amazing time, and some had and amazing+++ time that they might not remember fully.

Not too much. I don't like when hotels charge for parking in their own garage. Because we were throwing a wedding they did our parking and our guests parking for free, but be aware that they normally charge for parking. The breakfast in the mornings was good but not great. The elevators are also fussy, sometimes not going all of the way to the top (we were on floor 13, and multiple times the elevator would be headed up, stop on 13, and then start going back down?).

I myself enjoyed the bfast somewhat. I eat turkey sausage n turkey bacon. However my husband doesn't care for it. The guy Tyler (went way beyond as helpful to me.) and the other guy from Jersey, they were super nice.

I think there should of been more fruit to select from, only a green apple was available. Ex. Banana, oranges, grapes, strawberries, blueberries.

Breakfast was so good. We had southwestern omelets with Canadian bacon the first morning. The lady who prepared the food each day was so kind and always checking on the guests. I loved the beds at Fairfield Inn. They are so comfortable and relaxing.

I wished we had been closer to the beach scene. I thought from the map that we were across the road from the beach. We were not even able to see the beach.

The night staff was a life saver. We evacuated from Tampa and had a hotel mix up and the night staff were so helpful in helping us get a room for a couple of nights and even went to the point to try and find availability to extend our stay because she knew we were struggling to find other accommodations.

Everything was what we hoped it would be! Breakfasts were really good! The lady who was working the breakfast area was very pleasant and accommodating! We were two senior citizen women traveling alone and felt very safe and comfortable the entire time we were there. Every area was clean.

Nothing at all to say here! We had no problems at all!

We like the way the receptionist greeted us upon arrival, the comfort of the bed, the large spacious walk in shower, the location of the facility, and last but certainly not least, we love the breakfast layout on a Sunday morning. It was a variety of things. The food was fresh and delicious, and the staff were friendly and very, very helpful with the waffle maker machines. 😀

Room was a bit smaller than expected but very clean and met our needs. We were there for the All American Baseball League games. Hotel was very close to Sport Complex.

While taking a nap on Sunday, with a Do Not Disturb tag on our door, we were almost walked in on by Housekeeping. She opened door and announced Housekeeping, but we had extra lock on. Apparently the front desk did not notify her that we were not checking out until the following day. When my husband called front desk, they asked if we had stated on our online reservation that we did not want housekeeping services. My husband replied no we did not, but was asked at time of check in and the person working front desk noted it on our room . That is my only complaint.

We were just minutes from the beach and so much to do there. Breakfast was good as the hot food was hot. And they changed up the options daily.

We were not told that the linens would not be changed out so after a day out came back to wet towels. No biggie...just hung them up to dry.

Daniel is an amazing asset the hotel!!!! and Nicki was absolutely awesome. They both were so accommodating and professional. They were sweet and kind and the BEST. The breakfast was SPOT on and so clean and many options. The rooms were so clean and smelled amazing when you walked in. It is definitely going to be my go to place to stay when I back to Panama city beach, fl.

That I could not just stay forever.

I liked the breakfast. The location was good too.

Having to pay for parking even though we weren't really close to any attractions or by the beach was stupid. My daughter's tablet couldn't connect to the wifi for some reason.
