Hotel inside and out was absolutely beautiful. Sits on the marina and is surrounded by St Andrews Bay. Staff was very attentive and went above and beyond to keep the facilities pristine. Jean, the Gen. Manager and Austine gave great suggestions for activities and seafood restaurants. There was a live concert on the front lawn of the property our 2nd night there. Music was great and so was the entire atmosphere ❣️💯

Would have liked complimentary coffee in the lobby or restaurant. Breakfast in restaurant started at $12; a smoothie was $9😯. I'm a breakfast gal, but I was not keen on the selections. No microwave in the room, but I can understand why😔 The ice machine was also broken on our floor...had to go up to the 3rd floor each time we wanted ice😩

The food at the “Steam on 5” was decent. I thought the menu would be different from the restaurant downstairs. Loved the location as it was away from the crowds of Panama. I also loved the fact that it was new, had adequate well lit parking and was very clean!

The constant running of the fan in room 534. It was quite annoying for 3 nights! The ice machine on the 5th floor didn’t work, had to retreat to the 4th floor. I didn’t get to access the pool area as individuals put towels on the lounge chairs and cabana’s hours before actually even using them. No one was present but personal towels were in place. Last but not least…my husband and I were asked if we would move our seat at the rooftop restaurant so another group of individuals could be seated. Rude jester, you tried… we declined!

Hotel staff was welcoming, professional and extremely helpful, especially since we were one of many groups of evacuees from neighboring counties during Hurricane Helene. We were very impressed and pleased with the decor and comfort while we were displaced. An added bonus was the in-house restaurants so we did not have to leave the hotel for our meals during torrential downpours.

Everything was great! From the hotel itself, staff, service, and the room! We spent the afternoon downstairs in the bar area watching the GA/Auburn game. Thomas is the bar tender. Absolutely 💯 % amazing! He made the afternoon! So much fun! Friendly, professional and knowledgeable about whatever you ask him! Terrific guy! Go check him out on your stay!

That I didn't have a balcony lol but, that's my fault! Not there's! I have no dislikes!

Everything was immaculate! Staff was super friendly and rooms were very, very nice!

The only thing that bothered us, was that the view from the fourth floor was amazing, but we were located directly underneath the fifth floor roof top lounge, and when they moved chairs and table around up there, it echoed through the floor/ceiling into our room. a mat or rug underneath the tables and chairs would probably eliminate this or at least reduce the echo.

Exceptionally clean and in a beautiful area. Great location for our work/ visit to Tyndall AFB. The housekeeping staff should be commended on their hard work! Dylan and Bartender Thomas were also fantastic. Please recognize them!

Popular venue that had a Saturday night party. Folks were having fun but for us, sleep was a priority after 11:00pm.

We booked room with bay view, but was put on the front side. Staff member told me that Fri June 30 was completely filled and that we would be moved the next morning. Unfortunately we never heard from anyone to be moved when the. ext morning came. At check out a staff member did provide continental breakfast for 2 but we checked out early and didn’t have time to sit and eat. Bay view rooms cost more than other rooms at this location. I was not happy.

Style and the service.

I saw a customer make a fuss about her not being waited on prior to me and my daughter. She was in the wrong and fussed until she got the manager to her table probably for some type of credit. Thats was just pathetic for that customer to make a big deal, service was always exceptional.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Everything looks new and clean.

We were promised bay view (even confirmed by messaging the hotel before arrival) and the actual view was basically the parking lot and the edge of the bay. Sometimes there is a smell outside, perhaps due to the dead end of the bay.

hotel was beautiful! the lobby/bar area is perfect! Thomas behind the bar dedicates so much to his craft & his ocktails are incredible! Room was beautiful. There is a spa 1 block from hotel that was awesome, hotel should promote it to guests. Little downtown is up & coming with more and more to do close by! We would go back!
