Location is perfect! It's literally 15 from the beach. There is a Circle K next door that has just about anything you may need. The owners, and staff are very nice and hospitable. The housekeeper that cleaned our room was outstanding. The rooms are large enough me and the two boys didn't feel "crowded", clean and comfortable. The black out shades are fantastic! I ended up booking for a second week 😁

There is only one washer and dryer

Beds were so comfortable and the space was big enough for my larger family. 2 adults 4 children, 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. My family loved the breakfast and morning staff were so poite.

For some people it may be a plus but becuase i was traveling with small children there was a strip club right next door and accross the street, overall very nice area but after midnight it gets really loud.

The breakfast was good because there was a waffle machine. It would be good to have more choices. The bed was very comfortable and the location was convenient.

No staff person was at the desk was when I arrived, when I ate breakfast, or when I left. Also, the toilet seat was broken in my room but I didn't get a chance to tell the desk clerk.

The staff was very helpful, courteous and attentive to our needs and desires. The housekeeping (Brittany) was exceptional! The beds were very comfortable and I plan on returning very soon.

The refrigerator was too small. The coffee for the coffee maker in the room was not good, in my opinion.

I wasn't done checking out..I went to my truck to put my things away..I always do a double look..I got back to the room my food was thrown away before I could reclaim it..The Staff was apologic..it's all good tho

I read of the aweful reviews about this property. Maybe they had 2 months to correct everything, but based on the reviews, it would’ve taken a year. The elevator was in working order; the room I was in was suitable for me (1) traveler; breakfast was extended beyond what was mentioned, and the time is later hotel I’ve been to.

The customer service was not good when we arrived. The person didn't say anything when I was waiting at the front desk. I had to tell them I had a reservation. They say anything but what card will I use for the deposit and my driver's license. Not where my room was or anything else. Every other person I talked too had a great attitude.

Great location, rooms are spacious and comfy beds.

Not many hot options at breakfast, eggs have ran out very quickly into the morning, and shower water pressure is lacking sometimes

House keeping was excellent! Very proffessional, courteous, friendly and helpful.

The toilet seat needs secured. Breakfast was very good, however, there was no meat offered with the meal.

I feel like if I am unable to check-in until 3am you should be at least allowed to stay for 12hrs. A 3pm checkout would be a big deal and very accommodating to the late worker that has no choice but to get there at the early morning hours. Just saying, dont you all want to stand out compared to other hotels. To me that is really caring about your guest needs by accommodating us and giving a guarantee the guest can at least stay 12hrs or our pay rate would be a lower price. That's fair, otherwise to me it seems greedy to make me leave when I haven't even been there for 12 hrs. Ramada, that would be fantastic and you would get my money every time. Not to mention the amount of business that could bring your company. It may even level up your sales past all competitors. So do it! please. :)

I would like smoking rooms but it seems to now be a thing of the Past. ;(
