Beach front property was amazing. The setup and access of the condos were great.

Was not instructed that the beach was owned by the city and therefore have to rent the beach chair and umbrella for $40/day. There were not any beach accessories available to use, ie. Beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, or beach toys. This information was not clearly noted with the exception in fine print buried in the contract regarding fees may apply in regards to the public beach and their rental of beach chairs and umbrellas. No where did the cost appear in the information I recieved.

The access to beach and chairs was great! Bed was very comfortable and privacy of room on end of hall!

There were no glasses, coffee mugs, or spoons in the room. When I called they said they couldn’t be brought to us until the next morning. I was very disappointed seeing as how I like a cup of coffee before bed. Tub didn’t drain very well either. It was very slow draining.

We loved how family oriented the resort is. There's so much to do, even on rainy days. We loved the covered splash area for kids!

The only thing we were disappointed in was the lack of elevators. There is only 1 set of elevators for each building and they were broken when we were there so we had to walk up 8 flights of stairs. Thankfully it was only 8 floors for us though!

Location was great, the facilities were great, pools were great but a little crowded

The staff was not very friendly especially one lady was down right rude! None of the staff were nice or even smiling . The hot tub stayed packed with way more people than allowed and there were bunches of kids. There were times when there was no staff to be found.

property was very clean and comfortable! Easy access to your car! I loved my stay.

I didn’t like when we got there our first day, we seen several signs saying we needed a parking pass and wrist band but we didn’t know where to get it. We found out we supposed to got it from the gift shop but they was closed until the next day. Good thing is, the security guard advise us we can park in the deck without the parking pass until the next morning. Also the security guard also helped me locate my room. He was very nice, patient and helpful.

Easy access to the beach and the view. The room was a perfect size and the pictures online were true to size and were not misleading!

The elevator was really slow all day. There is not a arcade even tho the website said there was. The kids splash pad was a lot smaller than the pictures online. It was very disappointing. The adults only hot tub was not only adults the entire stay.

I like that there’s is several things to do not just one pool. Has 2 pools, lazy river hot tub and kid park and not a far walk to the beach.

Pool water is very cold. Couldn’t stay in but a few minutes because it was so cold. They need heated pools.

there was some mold in the showers and the lack of cleaning supplies you travel all the way there and stay for a whole week and then have to go out and buy trash bags and dish soap and toilet paper before the end of the week.

The location was great. Minutes from my destinations including a small airport. It was very clean. It has a pool side bar which was great. Kid friendly with pools and splash play equipment.

Nothing bad to say. Only thing was my dryer didn't work but they responded in timely manner in an attempt to fix it.
