Excellent breakfast nice pastries good preserves for the toasts . Nice dining area for breakfast with you to the water. The rooms are very interesting they're all different but they have an oriental kind of eclectic flair with beautiful tiles travertine in the bathroom and the floor area is similar to that and keyless entry the front and the rule so no key programming anymore ‼️ One more thing I forgot to mention is I had a Jacuzzi tub in my room which was really nice! The shower in that room was handheld so that's the only difference basically between the other rooms which have a walk-in shower but they're all different and design!

Well the TV is the only thing that's kind of doesn't have the regular programming or you have to look around for it and it's kind of confusing at times to say the least. But if you have any accounts whatever they are you can log on to them from the set for the most common ones. They have a Roku system installed.

This hotel was very different from most. It is very neat and well decorated. Great showers, very comfortable beds.

Front desk staff not helpful at all. Breakfast , on this visit no coffee available as advertised. The food options were subpar and the Lady handling the breakfast was not friendly or helpful to any of the guests.

The location was perfect. It was on the intracoastal waterway and close to spyglass beach access.

The breakfast was disappointing. We saw chafing dishes in the afternoon when we arrived and assumed there would be hot food the next morning (eggs, potatoes, bacon) but we were met with hard boiled eggs, cereal, bread and cheese slices. We ended up going to a diner down A1A, and spending money we hadn’t planned on.

We very much liked the breakfast offerings ... and especially liked that the food was available later than at most places ... really up until noon when staff cleared it away. This allowed people to show up in a relaxed way, with no time pressure - perfectly suited to a vacation.

I have only one gripe : the room was freezing, and I was unable to warm it up - one needs a code or password to change the thermostat. One can change the temperature desired, but the AC continues to run whether you want it to or not. After 2 days, the temp reached 71. I wanted 77 immediately. I have never stayed in a hotel where I couldn't control the temperature.

B&B feel with all the amenities of a small hotel. The staff is very helpful (when needed), but they take a hands off approach, which was exactly what my wife and I wanted.

Breakfast was fine, but not great. It wasn't crowded during our stay, but there are very few parking spots on property and could be a problem on busier weekends.

Loved the location and it was super clean.

My stay was fantastic, but just a light-hearted warning: the walls are more 'social' than you might expect. Prepare yourself for some unsolicited audio adventures, as you could be treated to the enthusiastic soundtrack of other guests' nighttime activities. Let's just say, it's a live performance you didn't know you had tickets for! LOL.

Excellent location. It had a nice view with a pier. Beautiful building and rooms. Comfortable bed. Impressed with the space and pool.

The breakfast needs to be attended to. We had no napkins no silverware and no half and half for coffee. Container was empty! Who ever set it up did a very poor job

Lobby and the rooms were very nice. Furniture and decorations were beautiful. Our hand soap dispenser did not work, and with a simple text message, the issue was fixed.

Breakfast was just okay. Bacon egg and cheese bake did not have much flavor. There also was no salt, pepper, or hot sauce available from what I could see. But the breakfast is free so I can't complain too much. Bathroom arrangement was odd in our king suite. There was a separate glass door for the toilet. There was also a body mirror in front of the toilet but no mirror above the sink. Shower curtain also did not cover the entire bathtub.

Lots of pros! This is a very beautiful hotel with so many beautiful details and decor. It’s located near beaches and next door to an excellent fish restaurant. I loved walking out on the dock in the morning. We stayed in room 7- the king suite with the jetted tub which was very relaxing. The grounds are adorned with a fountain and sitting area. The breakfast buffet was small but tasty. They had these delicious guava pastries made from a bakery and an egg, ham and cheese bake that was good along with coffee, juice, fresh fruit, bread and yogurt along with organic products. A short drive to Crescent beach and Matanza inlet.

The small pool and jacuzzi out back were not heated. You do hear some traffic off the road but it’s easy to drown out with the bathroom fan.
