The pool was huge, but not deep, which was ok with us because it was great for the kids and there was plenty of room even when there were lots of people swimming. There were plenty of activities on site and the amenities were great. The hotel had a basketball court as well as a tennis court, bbq grills, a playground, etc. There was something for everyone.

I would say the only thing I wasn't a big fan of was parking. There are plenty of parking spaces but they are a little tight especially for a large family with an SUV. It wasn't a huge problem, but I would advise anyone with small children, or who just need a little extra room to opt for a longer walk to park away from the crowd just to be safe.

The entire staff was incredible. No matter which it was, check-in, maintenance, housekeeping, groundskeepers, literally everyone would stop and say hi, smile and acknowledge every person they encountered. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Hands down best resort we've stayed at. Close enough to all the hustle and bustle, but separate where you get peace and quiet too! Will be back.

Loved all the activities on site! We played tennis, ping pong, basketball, and shuffle board. Staff were amazing! Friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Loved the balcony overlooking the golf course. We were able to utilize a walking path. Grounds were well maintained.

Would love if they offered breakfast.

Rude when we asked about pool towels Didnt know protocol snd husband went to check in area to see what to do. Girl said we don't have any right now sorry. Husband asked well wife and grandaughter are inpool we didn't know and she shrugged her shoulders and ignored him. So he csme back to pool snd asked around and the said they were in room and so he ran there and the the girl came out and had 2 towels snd he ignored her so he didnt say his mind snd she said he had attitude and he didn't even sat anything@ I was watching from pool!

I’ve been coming here for over ten years and I’ve just always loved everything about it. (i used to come through my Bluegreen membership but no longer own because of fees) The ONLY thing I don’t like is if I don’t have a patio. That is pretty much a dealbreaker for me

I had a 2 bedroom villas all the bed were full size I wished were Queen. One of the bathroom doors was slide and the lock didn’t work.

Very loud leaf blowers right outside my back door at 8 AM. Shower Water pressure could’ve been a little stronger.

We loved how close everything was, and the pool was gorgeous and very clean!

The TV in our living room did not work very well. It wouldnt let us change channels or adjust the volume. It would work sometimes but not always.

Location. Room to spread out for kids. Lovely grounds but didn't have time to enjoy pool or other amentities. Room was clean and spacious. Loved the patio out back and the kitchen.

Room was not ready at 4pm. Had to wait 25 minutes. Had to get parking pass from time share people who wanted me to commit to 9 am appointment for free stuff. Did not appreciate. Construction next door to our building early morning.

Staff was nice and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was beautiful and they had little on site events which was nice. I also called a head letting them know we had a birthday and we had a cake waiting for us and the lady at the desk was diligent not to ruin the surprise and also wrote our birthday person a note so the personal touches were amazing.

I thought I was getting one big suite unit instead it was 2 connecting units which was not a big deal just not what I expected. I know we only stayed 2 nights but I didn't have no one come clean my room in those days which also is not a big deal since it was a short stay but I had place before come everyday we left. Also wish that since they have full kitchens in the suites they had more condiment options in the store if you forgot something but otherwise amazing.
